Look to the yearbook advisor. Isn’t there always a teacher in charge of the final decisions as to yearbook contents and layout? There you will probably find the teacher who orchestrated the swap.
The school district is ‘looking for answers’.

On Thursday night, the school board announced an independent group of muslims will investigate.
Islamic centers are popping up like mushrooms all over New Jersey and where it was once rare to see an overt Muslim person, it is now fairly common. Not sure where these folks came from but within a relatively short period of time, they are now here in significant numbers.
Simple. Pull any and all monetary or otherwise support to Muslim groups until the culprit(s) are identified. And then take whatever that money is and republish the correct yearbooks.
Democrats hate the Jews.

Correct the books and reprint them .

Islam has been invited to murder the white Christian world. Look at Britain. Most of their major cities have been conquered and less than 10% of their population are imported muslim leeches.

My school district didn’t have anything like this. I’m not averse to religious groups meeting on public school grounds — but I don’t think it should be an “official” club that would appear in the yearbook.
There is a lot of noise but in the end the investigations will be “inconclusive” and no punishments will be meted out and no names of perpetrators will be admitted.
