Look to the yearbook advisor. Isn’t there always a teacher in charge of the final decisions as to yearbook contents and layout? There you will probably find the teacher who orchestrated the swap.

Yearbooks are all done on computers now. Should be easy enough to see what was actually sent in to the printers. It’s possible that the switch was made at the printing facility as well.

Thing is, the faculty advisor would have to know that such a switch would be easily found out.
