But I’m having trouble with the “disciplined case”. Unlike Pres Trump, where they fabricated crap out of thin air, this case is literally ‘black and white’(if he used a pen to fill out the 4473).
It doesn’t get any easier.
To me the sinister aspect is, all the other criminal activity that is documented on a laptop that is real and has not been tampered with. Proof that the FBI and DOJ is covering other crimes that are more serious than lying on a 4473
I'm actually hoping the jury acquits him. Then people will really see where we are. It's the perfect bookend to Trump's kangaroo conviction.

Trump was innocent and yet convicted. Hunter is guilty and the jury will nullify and be hung and he’ll get off.
Any wonder why people think we have a two-tiered justice system?
The only defense he needs, and the one that he will use (unspoken) and will save him, is “I am a well-known Democrat, so the law doesn’t apply to me.”
I see it as a lose lose no matter what happens (for him)
The public now can see how they covered up his laptop, and how it is yet ANOTHER hoax played on the American people, just like Russia Collusion.

I remember there was a China based website that had videos from the laptop of Hunter doing cocaine while having sex with a Chinese child. Posting a link to the video was not allowed on any social media platform in the United States.
I think that's the likely outcome. The jurors are no more fond of IRS audits than anybody else in the nation at large.
