CNN analyst and former FBI chief Andrew McCabe said Wednesday on CNN’s “The Source” that people in the intelligence and law enforcement community were worried if former President Donald Trump is elected again, they would be “thrown in jail or grabbed in some sort of extra judicial detention.”

Welcome to Donald Trump’s world, McCabe. Concern about being thrown into prison is something Trump lives with every day. But in his case it’s for crimes he didn’t commit.
The arrests need to be made “Godfather” style. All of the perps doors kicked in at three in the morning all at the same time. Camera crew there to record the joyous event.

Under the Constitution and our acceptable Rule of law, many, many individuals in and around our government should be thrown in prison for a long time. Most likely, some should be hung in public. This is after fair and speedy trials under the law, of course.
In other words, they are afraid the tables will be turned and the people that they have targeted since 2016 will subject them to actual justice commensurate with their seditious acts.
As others have said, if they have done no wrong or illegal, they have nothing to fear.
Not likely unless (1) trial venues are changed and (2) we get Republican judges. The first can be easier than the second.

I would like to see the convicted men be given a choice:
a) select death by hanging and your family will retain your assets, pension, etc.
b) select life in prison with no possibility of parole and your family will be stripped of all assets, basically thrown out into the street.

We have a robust court system with rule of law. They should only be afraid of winding up in prison if they have broken the law in serious ways and need to be held accountable, so... yeah, they should be very afraid.
