They have every right to be worried. 😏
Respectfully, I believe that's somewhat a misuse of the word 'right'. We're born with God-given rights, which the US Constitution thankfully recognizes.
In these government oath-breaker cases, their God-given consciences are "blinking red" as a result of proper guilt. According to the morals God has let be wafted before us for our genes--our very being--to consider, at least some level they're cognizant of the guilt of their sin.
And they'll die, forever marked by their sins, without those being covered by the Blood of Our Lord, Jesus Christ. They need to avail themselves of a Saving Grace through Faith (Eph 2:8-9).
