I saw the tornado warning on NOAA and went looking for storm chasers. LOL Found one who was livestreaming one of the tornados and I was glad that monster was missing you. And was glad they were hitting out in the boonies rather than in a town.
Watching the video you sent now. Different views and clearer since he didn’t get caught up in the dust cloud.

Yes, I got the yard at the old house done this afternoon and now everything is mowed. Charlie was here twice this week to get the field areas. Hubby’s cousin came to get the tractor and big mower a couple of times this week to mow his large areas and was mowing his yard after work this evening. Everyone’s been catching up this week since it’s been dry. Now we have a week of rain in the forecast every day. *sigh*

And yes, I had some li’l buddies riding along with me. LOL

Indeed, they were at the very right place at the right time. And they got some amazing footage. The violence of the storms sure didn’t slow down those big trucks though. That’s the traffic we have to weave through when we’re on our way to see the kids. Just here. Once we pass Big Spring [60 miles east] it’s easy peasy.

Glad you got that mowing done. Feels good, huh. Now you can watch it grow again. LOL! Hope it doesn’t grow as fast as that corn across the road does! That’s crazy!

Lucky you! We’re stuck with Comcast’s monopoly here and they aren’t going to waste money on fiber optic service here in the boonies.
But you’ve been quick on the trigger all along. :-)

Still on the cool side, huh? At least it’s been sunny. Enjoy it while you can. It’ll be hot before you know it and you’ll be wishing for some cool days. LOL

Things are going well enough here. Had rain in the wee hours of Monday morning and it’s been dry since. Everyone’s been scrambling to get caught up on yard work and farmers have been busy in their fields. May was a very wet month here and everything’s behind schedule.
Now we have another wet week ahead.

The kittehs are doing fine. Jasmine’s been cracking me up the past week. I bought a pack of little fuzzy mice for the cats to play with and a lot of them have fun batting them around. I’ll hear yowling and here comes Jasmine, running into the room, with a mousie in her mouth that she just “killed”. She always looks so proud. LOL
