Satellite imagery confirms a Russian strategic early warning radar site in the southwestern end of the country was substantially damaged in a reported Ukrainian drone attack earlier this week. This looks to be a first-of-its-kind attack on a site linked to Russia's general strategic defense. As such, it points to a new and worrisome dimension to the conflict, especially when it comes to the potential use of nuclear weapons.
A satellite image taken on May 23 that The War Zone obtained from Planet Labs of the Armavir Radar Station in Russia's southwestern Krasnodar Krai shows significant debris around one of the site's two Voronezh-DM radar buildings. These are ultra-high-frequency (UHF) over-the-horizon (OTH) radars that are part of Russia's nuclear ballistic missile early warning system.

Hey moron, it has nothing to do with whether or not it was successful. It has to do that it was conducted at all. It would be like a Russian proxy striking our satellites or the old DEW line, or it’s replacement.

Thinking we can destroy Russian defensive Nuclear triad radars under the guise of Ukraine... when o ly the US, British or French actually handle satellite intelligence or missile systems will have to be addressed when Russian munitions destroy the launch sites and contractors.
That warning from Russia is two fold, first attacking Nuclear specific sites can bring a tactical response, second all F16s will be treated as Nuclear threats.
NATO continues to believe that Russia can be defeated or even destroyed by the Ukrainian proxy.

Yes and to months to repair. I believe all NATO contractors on missile teams are being scheduled for destruction by Russian tactical nuclear weapons along with all bunkers and other US/NATO presences.
This will result in retaliation beyond Ukraine’s boarder.

I agree with that, as Ukraine would have NO CLUE as to where and how to attack Russian Nuclear Early Warning Stations. Like I’ve been saying, this is CLEARLY a Neocon attack, likely intended to finally get their WW3 started. But if I were just a Ukrainian Operative, I would also be clueless regarding what is going on.

I think they would. During the Soviet days Ukes were fully distributed around the Soviet military. Also many Soviet strategic assets were based in the Ukraine. This of course also gives rise to the fable that Ukraine gave up “their nukes”.
