The Russian money legally belongs to the holding bank in Belgium. It doesn't belong to you.

The EU talking heads have talked for two years about passing a law that gives them the authority to steal the money, but it hasn't passed yet.

The EU bureaucrats know the law would be challenged by the banking industry and tied up in the courts for years. Some of the smarter EU bureaucrats also know that the law would establish a precedent that could peril Europe's entire banking system.

But like a previous poster noted, you're too dumb to understand any of this.
