Some protests are more equal than others.
As students rampage on college campuses, block highways, and shout expletives at Jews, five middle-school female students who silently and respectfully declined to compete against a boy have been banned from competing in school competitions.
I am not making this up.
NEW: Five girls from Lincoln Middle School who refused to compete against a transgender athlete during a shot put competition have been BANNED from future competitions.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has filed a lawsuit against the Harrison County Board of Education on student's behalf.“I will do everything in my power to defend these brave young girls. This is just wrong. We must stand for what’s right and oppose these radical trans policies,” Morrisey stated.
The trans student, Becky Pepper-Jackson, 13, competed in the Harris County Middle School Track and Field Championship and took home first place in the shot put competition.

As you can see from the video, all the girls did was enter the circle from which they were supposed to throw the shotput and then step out again. No shouting. No insults. No tantrums.
Just a silent protest against a manifest unfairness. In 2020, riots were a public health imperative; in 2024, middle school girls stepping out of a circle silently is a cause for dramatic punishment.
For this reason, the school administration has banned them from any future competitions.
Not what you do but what you believe determines your rights. Adults are canceling students.
Unbelievable.
Five West Virginia middle schoolers who protested a transgender athlete’s participation in a track and field competition have been barred from future meets — prompting the state attorney general to ask the US Supreme Court to weigh in on transgender student-athlete bans for a second time.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey filed a lawsuit against the Harrison County Board of Education on the dissenting students’ behalf after they were blocked from upcoming meets following their protests at the April 18 shot put competition, West Virginia Watch reported.
Five girls from Lincoln Middle School stepped up to the circle for their turn before refusing to throw in the event, which was won by Becky Pepper-Jackson, a 13-year-old girl who takes puberty-blocking medication and estrogen hormone therapy.
While West Virginia law bans transgender girls from playing on girls’ sports teams, a recent federal appeals court ruled that the law couldn’t lawfully be applied to the eighth-grader.
This is, of course, insane. And the state is fighting back against the decision of the local school district. At least somebody is speaking up where the students cannot.
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey filed a brief in support of the female middle school student-athletes who publicly protested a transgender athlete competing in their track and field competition.
The transgender athlete has been permitted to compete due to a recent federal appeals court ruling.
Five students who forfeited their shot-put competition April 18 in protest have now been barred from competing in that event at their next track and field meet, according to a new release from the AG’s office.
Four of the five students, through their parents, filed suit.
“Their actions at the earlier track meet were not disruptive or aggrandizing. They were the quiet demonstration of the student-athletes’ evident unhappiness with the competitive consequences of a federal appellate court’s decision,” Morrisey, a Republican, wrote in the amicus brief filed April 26.
You know exactly what message is being sent by the "educators:" get in line or get out. There is an intersectional pyramid of "oppression," and girls are being pushed down to the bottom.
For some reason, and I can't imagine why, there is no large-scale movement of "trans-men" to participate in male sports. Few, if any, girls who "identify" as boys are demanding that they strip naked in front of boys and compete against them, but bigger and stronger "transwomen" are flooding into girls' sports, leaving girls in the dust.
And the education establishment is cheering them on.

Girls are being told that they don't matter, and they surely are getting the message.
Educationally, boys are being discriminated against, while in sports, girls are. The only students who are being embraced by the powers that be are members of the alphabet mob.
Is it any wonder that younger kids are declaring themselves "Queer" in ever greater numbers? You get more of what you reward.
As I wrote earlier, the fever is breaking in Europe, where biological reality is again acknowledged. The opposite is happening on the North American continent, where alphabet ideology is ascendant.
It's grossly unfair that young girls are being forced to be advocates of sanity; that is the job of adults.
And the adults are failing.
When I started pinging this list out, the reasons for homeschooling were mundane things like kids getting bullied for their lunch money and grade inflation or unfair grading practices or introduction of sex ed teaching at all.
Now it's come to this. Kids being killed and maimed for life and banned from all sports because they refuse to compete in a competition when girls are set up to be the losers because guys are playing in their sports.
I remember the hue and cry when girls wanted to play on boys teams and how dangerous it was and sexes shouldn't be playing together, and now they being required to shower together.
Evil rules us.

Normal girls should not be doing shot put to begin with. There is nothing in shot put that utilizes female abilities; it should large guys or stocky lesbians who are too short to compete in the WNBA.

That said, countless parents need to see what’s happening, and take charge. Even Jesus at times saw the rabble and slipped out the back.
There is a greater imperative than “socialization.” The irony, as you note, is the immediate challenge when “outing yourself” as a HSer was “what about socialization?” NOW, socialization is one of the WORST dimensions of public education.
They’re everywhere. I’m sure that even Florida is riddled with them.
Why? The majority of womyn voted for the leadership that is pushing this. Why is it the boys' job to defend womyn against the policies they voted for?
Maybe instead of putting up the manly front, we should be calling on women to vote these crazies out. If abortion means more to them than this, then let them have what they voted for.

Harrison County voted for Trump by a 2:1 margin in 2016 and 2020. The population is overwhelmingly white and native born. Surprisingly, there is no large college, but the FBI relocated a large operations center to the county seat in 1995. It looks like some of the Federal employees are voting in leftists to the school board while everyone else is distracted by work, sports, and entertainment.
When will the insanity and evil end? It’s everywhere. Strongly worded memos are cute, but torches and pitchforks at Board Of Ed meetings would be better. Satan is running rampant in these last days.

If they vote FOR allowing men to compete in their sports, that's why. When it comes to other consequences such as rampant crime in the cities that is not answered by law enforcement, I call that out too.
