Include them. They bear responsibility for it as well.

When they're the ones who face the consequences for the decisions they make, I call them out for it too. You've read enough of my posts to know that.

If they vote FOR allowing men to compete in their sports, that's why. When it comes to other consequences such as rampant crime in the cities that is not answered by law enforcement, I call that out too.
