Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, a witness in the Donald Trump New York trial, has been attacking his former boss publicly, calling him “Von &**^zInPants” as recently as Monday as Trump faces a hearing on Tuesday on whether he has violated gag orders on attacking witnesses like Cohen.
“Hey Von *&*&zInPantz…your attacks of me stink of desperation. We are all hoping that you take the stand in your defense,” Cohen posted on X.

And there were snippets of a Sunday evening TikTok livestream from Cohen captured by users and reposted on X where he seemed to call Trump a “despicable human being” and a “racist, misogynist, xenophobe, homophobe, Islamophobe, anti-Semite.”

It doesn’t mean the rest of the world can’t attack Cohen, though.
What we are witnessing is the bastardization of our judicial system, and nothing will happen. People just accept this crap, like the sheeple accepting masking etc. Like people got on death trains in an orderly fashion.

If the judge wants to prevent jury tampering he needs to sequester the jury members from all media.
Probably should have required the jury members to not follow the news at all or have social media accounts, since the media has already poisoned the well. I wonder how a jury of Amish people would view these shenanigans.
One wonders if this X entry by Cohen might be brought up in cross questioning in court.

The coup has already succeeded. We’re in the midst of a counter-coup to hopefully reverse it. If it fails the deep state will tighten its grip and continue the transition from soft tyranny to Soviet-stye authoritarianism.
EVERYTHING happening is rounds for Higher court reversal if it even gets that far.

Juries are routinely ordered to avoid all news and social media, as well as discussing the case with friends or family.
But it’s an honor system unless they are actually sequestered?
Also, if the jurors are supposed to stay away from news and social media, why is Trump supposed to be gagged? Who is it that he’s supposedly hurting by posting things like other people’s X comments?
I suppose his lawyers can argue that at the motion hearing. The original reason was to prevent contamination of the jury pool and the intimidation of witnesses.
It’s pretty hard to get a jury sequestered, but this case could well qualify for it.
