Alan Dershowitz, a longtime trial lawyer and former attorney for Donald Trump, says that the ex-president's jury at his New York hush money trial is bad news for his one-time client.
Following three days of legal wrangling a panel of seven men and five women has now been selected and they will assess his guilt or innocence over the coming weeks.
Dershowitz, 85, says that the makeup of the jurors - who include a corporate lawyer, an investment banker, a software engineer and a teacher - suggest Trump will fare poorly.

I’m going to be keeping Donald Trump in my prayers, obviously.
At some point, we the people must enforce the constitution and the laws of the land to provide justice in accordance with the law against such atrocities.

We are seeing pure, unadulterated Evil at work in this and so much more. They are playing for keeps.
What bothers me the most, is the conflicts of interest
involved in this case. It also bothers me that were all
misdemeanor charges that had lapsed on the issue of going
beyond the expiration date.
Federal charges had to be brought to charge him, and some
of the charges wound up being felonies (believe in part, due
to that).
The DA is not qualified to bring federal charges. He’s a
low level DA, who has no experience in this area. He’s
trying to make a name for himself taking down Trump. It’s
just a big dog-n-pony show.
The judge has tipped his hand forcing Trump to attend
every moment of the trial, and if he doesn’t will send
him to jail for contempt.
His son’s graduation take place shortly, and once in a
lifetime event, and this judge still hasn’t made it clear
if Trump can attend it.
The daughter of the judge works at an agency that is
likely to benefit handsomely due to some dynamics of
this case in the media.
Of the three trials that Trump has faced so far, I find
it almost impossible for the appeals courts not to riddle
them. This is clear election tampering.
These charges have been hanging out there for years, and
here we are in this election year, with Trump being
hounded like this.
Meanwhile, the Biden crime syndicate goes on unabated.
I’m not sure this guy is is all there as he once was.
His analysis sounds reasonable.

I don’t think anyone thought an acquittal in New York was ever in the cards. A hung jury was always going to be DJT’s best chance and that’s still possible. All it takes is one….
How about trump’s lawyer does his job and prove trump didn’t pay cohen in campaign funds and paid out of trumps personal bank account. Trump says he’s innocent. Bring the bank records and make the entire court room bust out laughing. It’s in trumps hands.
Dershowitz has never been the same since his visit to Epstein Island.
There are plenty of ways to deal with this kangaroo court, and these ways were exemplified by how the patriots of the American Revolution handled Britsh judges.
THe court house building does not meet current NYC building safety or zoning regulations and is in danger of collapsing with the good judge inside.

Wouldn’t these people be better prepared to evaluate the evidence and assist in deliberations to sway iffy jurors? Also aren’t they about as close to being peers unless you would have former living presidents in the jury?

It sounds like you are enjoying President Trump’s persecution a little too much.
Is the satisfaction of proving the Q followers wrong so great that it makes the downfall of the Republic palatable?
I always considered the Q people to be utter fools for believing in those fairy tales, but at least they were innocent fools, and pure of heart. At this point I might prefer their company to the company of sickos who enjoy seeing Trump go down - because now they can say “I told you so”.
