Can't she just veto it? And won't she? Most governor's announce a bill they don't support will be DOA once it hits their desk, instead of going on the View and whining about it. It seems like the rino's in the AZ legislature are trying to give democrats a gift of votes with this 'one size fits all' bill. this is a harliner bill that will scare the crap out of moderate voters and drive them to the polls to vote against R's.

There was a case in Texas where the law is so strict the doctors didn’t want to risk a 20 year jail sentence for doing a D&C on a unviable fetus so they made the woman wait until she would hemorrhage and then and only then go in and clean out the products.
