90% of all federal bureaucrats should be transferred to a new federal facility in North Dakota. Unfortunately, there will be no accommodations for families, so they will be enjoying that North Dakota weather by themselves, is a new, shoddily built drafty federal facility. If they don’t like it, they can quit.
