Why do urban people keep voting for Democrats?
Can't they see how stupid Democratic policies are?

So it is the store owners, the car manufacturers, the gun makers, and so forth but NEVER the criminals committing the crimes. Interesting how that works out.

Heard her say this in a soundbite the other day on Chris Plante’s show...thought she pulled a “Biden” and simply misspoke. SMH.

This is the same kind of argument blaming raped women for the way they dressed “luring” rapists.

The article was short on details. It never spelled out how the mayor was going to make them more responsible. No specifics were given. The article only said she was going to make them "more responsible". It didn't say business owners would now be solely responsible. But "more responsible" could mean anything so I'll reserve judgment until I see the details.
My only comment is that if owners become "more responsible" for preventing crime, the DA has to be more responsible for arresting and prosecuting the criminals. If the second part isn't done and I'm a business owner in St. Lou, I am leaving.
