Miller told DailyMail.com he felt 'threatened' by the January 6 Select Committee
Bombshell claims give an look inside the panel's alleged intimidation to stop a direct witness sharing a story that didn't 'fit their narrative'
Said panel wanted him to stay silent about Trump authorizing the National Guard
Donald Trump's former acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller claims the January 6 committee threatened to 'make his life hell' if he kept claiming his former boss authorized National Guard deployment during the Capitol riot.
In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, the former Director of the National Counterterrorism Center said he became 'fearful' of aggressive tactics by members of the Democrat-led panel who tried to stop him speaking publicly about a narrative that didn't align with their final report.
Miller's bombshell claims follow a report by Republican Rep. Barry Loudermilk that reveals the committee withheld a transcript from an interview with a top White House official where he told Vice Chair Liz Cheney and other staffers that Trump did want to deploy troops.
Cheney did not immediately respond to a request for comment on whether she or any other members of the Select Committee corresponded with witnesses in a way that could be interpreted as threatening.
Trump appointed Miller as the Pentagon chief in November 2020 after he fired Mark Esper amid attempts to overturn Joe Biden's presidential election victory.

NEW: Trump’s Defense Secretary Chris Miller alleges the January 6 Committee threatened to ‘make his life hell’ if he didn’t stop saying Trump authorized National Guard deployment before the Capitol riot.
Miller specifically implicates Liz Cheney in this intimidation effort, alleging committee members warned him of additional hours of questioning if he continued defending Trump’s actions on TV.
Additionally, the committee allegedly withheld a transcript from a senior White House official who corroborated Miller’s claim that Trump sought to deploy 10,000 troops to the Capitol before January 6.
General Milley also reportedly informed the Department of Defense Inspector General that Trump had requested a National Guard presence at the Capitol, an offer that the DC Mayor turned down.
Why did the January 6 Committee choose to conceal so much evidence that exonerates Trump?

Nice that you came out now putz.
And in response, members of the J6 committee vehemently denied the allegations, warning Miller that if he continues making such claims, he’ll need to be very careful as something very bad might happen to him.
Semi-Satire
Things go as usual in The District of Selective Prosecution of The Republican Enemy...
What's 'fearful' is how many simps in DC want the power, money and title, but are too selfish or stupid to grasp the weight of responsibility and moral conviction that comes with such a job.
The entire J6 committee and so many more deserve the gallows.
They are the ones engaging in insurrection.
Our side doesn’t have victims, just surrender monkeys.
Will they Epstein him?
I can attest to that. I worked for New York State. There were plenty of job titles in the Administrative section of the department I worked in that were political appointments, and not based on the results of a Civil Service test. You didn't get a job like that unless you had a daddy in the department looking out for you. You served at the pleasure of, and once you accepted a position like that, you danced to whatever tune your bosses in Albany told you to. The problem with a lot of the people that were promoted, was that they had forgotten where they had come from. Most had been at the bottom of the ladder like the rest of us, but once they moved up that ladder, they forgot about how it was to be at the bottom, and became the company man. Nobody had respect for any of them. I wasn't a team player, nor did I ever want to be, and any Civil Service promotion I took meant I would likely have to go downstate, and start all over with seniority in a new job title, work horrible shifts, and have to be away from home for 2 years or more, before I would be able to transfer back once an opening occurred. That would have been an inconvenience to me, and I wasn't about to do that to myself for a few more bucks a year. It wasn't worth the aggravation. I always figured if I needed more money, I'd just work overtime when it was offered, or get a second job if I really needed to, but that never happened. I retired 20 years ago when I had the opportunity, and I have never missed the job, nor did I ever feel the need to find something to do with myself, like get a part-time job after I retired.
I don’t know. Hopefully he knows how to protect himself, but even with his special forces experience he’s still just one man.
Better late than never.
I don’t understand how the exonerating facts can be forcefully suppressed legally. And I’m not referring criminal suppression, but instead the absence of legal machinery that can force it into the daylight.
If they want to do him in, they will.
He must be looking for a job in the next Trump administration.
bttt
I hope not. He's not even qualified to be dog catcher.
The Republic is 'dead'. Tree of Liberty has been petrified.
Even too late to "Lock n' Load".
We Baby Boomers have allowed this to happen. we're responsible for all of it.{spit}
