I am pleased to see that my Representative voted NO on this pile of dog dung.
I want to have a gun lovers party, can I get $845K for it?
His predecessor was routed out of the Speakership because he had no backbone, despite promises he would stand on his promised values and issues - which included Democrat spending on garbage agenda items and massive debt expansion.
Likewise, Mike Johnson was brought in on promises he would stand up for the same set of values... then played stupid games and lied repeatedly to everyone... then refused to stand against this FAR worse bill than what his predecessor allowed through...
Time after time, Republicans gain office on promises of fiscal responsibility and generally reigning in the insanity of government over-reach and spending (They even fool enough democrats at times to gain that majority). They then spew their hypocritical morality, then totally lose their spine - and spending doesn’t go down. Conservative principals get further tossed in the waste heap, and government spending still skyrockets...
And they wonder why they cannot keep a majority in the House and Senate... duh.
Add in that they have just rolled over on the wholesale corruption of the electoral system - they are complicit in their own political demise.
The #uniparty strikes again.

A vote for this POS is a vote for Xiden. There are a few other FReepers I know in my district that won’t give him a vote either.
He doesn’t n’t look the same....
Same with mine - Fulcher, Idaho
Tax & SPEND
“For imposing taxes on us without our consent.” - Declaration of Independence
Some taxes are necessary to operate government. Much of the spending is antithetical to good government. Without our consent.
Thanks for that reminder of spending to service the DEBT.
How nice. I had to cancel some insurance because I can’t afford to pay for it. Looking now for something I can afford.
But my tax dollars will go to make sure sodomitical garden parties can go on.
WTF is a PRIVATE COMPANY GETTING OUR TAX MONEY?
Our government is a mess. Clearly they are awash in taxpayer cash. Maybe if they cut taxes 20% they’d be more careful.

Yep. And part of the problem comes from the lack of term limits. A Republican might enter Congress with the best of intentions. But after watching the other pigs feeding at the trough, he decides to make feeding a priority, too.
I think Congressional term limits can be put in place. But only if the current members are exempt. Then they might go for it.
There is precedence for this. When presidential term limits were enacted, the law did not apply to the current president (Harry Truman).
And now we’re funding orgies. Good to know.
BUMP!
Yep. And what ever happened to the video that surfaced of sodomy in the chambers. Who was the other person? They dropped that real fast!
I see Mann and Estes from Kansas voted Nea, but LaTurner voted yeah. I guess we’re batting 2 for 3.
How much for straight garden parties?
What is a gay garden? Is it one where the flowers do not set seed because they are all freaking odd?
