House May Refer January 6 Committee Members for Prosecution
Breitbart ^ | 03/14/2024 | JOEL B. POLLAK

House Oversight Committee chairman Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) said Wednesday that he may refer members of the January 6 Committee to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution for hiding and destroying documents.

Loudermilk has been investigating the work of the January 6 Committee, and discovered last year that the Committee had destroyed documents and other records, despite being warned by then-incoming Speaker of the House Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to preserve all of the evidence it had collected in months of investigations and closed-door testimony.

He told John Solomon of JusttheNews.com that it was possible members of the committee could face prosecution:

Psalm 94: 1

O LORD, the God of vengeance, O God of vengeance, let your glorious justice shine forth!

When Liz Cheney was vindictively and viciously lying to hurt Donald Trump we held back because “Vengeance in Mine Saith the LORD.”

Deuteronomy 32:35

Vengeance is Mine, and recompense;
Their foot shall slip in due time;
For the day of their calamity is at hand,
And the things to come hasten upon them.

What is a session?

The key phrase is "in attendance."

It means several things:

  1. On the floor of their chamber.
  2. Meeting in committees.
  3. Meeting constituents, lobbyists, and other members in their offices.
  4. The line from the Constitution that I excluded: "and in going to and returning from the same."
    • This includes traveling to and from the Capitol building.
    • Traveling from offices to meeting places.
    • Traveling to site visits under Congressional authority (e.g., delegations to the border, hearings in other cities, trade delegations to foreign countries).

It was a kangaroo Court run by haters who knew the verdict they wanted to produce on Day One.

It was an affront to all a free people believe in...

Easily this was the most disgusting ‘court’ since the dawn of our country. The only think close was KKK ‘trials’ while the crosses were already burning the background. Democrats then - democrats now... same bullies, same tactics - different choice of victim.

Thanks, but what I wanted to know is, are there persons being detained awaiting a speedy and public trial who are NOT convicted, have NOT pled guilty, but who have been refused bail, and, if so, how many of them are there?

Getting the DOJ truly reformed would require a State of Emergency declaration.

I’m already convinced. If it helps convince those who still do not see it, that’s fine. I’m just providing my opinion as to the legal implications. That there will be none, unless until we can get Trump in office & not only retain but als0 increase Republican control in the House & hopefully the Senate, and that this time they are politicians that will do something other than protect their turf. 🙂 👍

By who? Certainly not by Biden. Trump winning & actually taking office is the only way I can see forward on the issue.
