There’s no possible way they don’t. Can you possibly imagine the chaos that would ensue if CINC’s had to consider whether they would be criminally charged if they undertook military operations? Imagine if Obama could have been charged by a court because women or children could have been killed during the Bin Laden raid or Bush being charged criminally from the response to 9/11 in Afghanistan. The country will be left unable to defend itself.

He should show humility by holding a rally in Denver.
All of the dog and pony show congressional hearings where he was the ringleader accomplished nothing but supply good sound bites for conservative voters, giving them false hope that the left was going to pay. He was just playing the role of bad cop. RINO’s are already setting themselves up to throw congress in case of a Trump win this November.
I don’t understand why, in Gowdy’s view, the person in the right should have to show humility. The person vindicated has every right to show their approval if or when they are justified and ruled to have been ‘in the right’.
Unless... Gowdy thinks Trump “should have been” taken off the ballot and that the USSC made a mistake in his favor. In which case, humility is something Gowdy can’t get next to, thus showing his sublime hypocrisy... by his 2nd guessing the highest court in the land.
And there’s that pesky fact that Gowdy is still working for Fox... which pretty much shows his character... or lack thereof, IMHO.
