While I have my doubts on the legality of his agency's actions to 'work with that system', just the mere mention of this makes me wonder if a FOIA filing should be made... which is also scary, because if were to yield what I fear, we wouldn't want any of that in the public arena. So any action to call them to account for something nefarious could backfire.

I would say based on the clips of the video that I’ve seen the ATF lived up to their reputation 100%. Totally clueless as to the operation of firearms and completely unprepared for a demonstration to a nation wide audience. Embarrassing doesn’t even describe it.
