The voting should be towards any efforts to remove Turkey from nato and keeping advanced technologies out of Islamic hands.
Turkey joined NATO in 1952. At the time, it made a lot of sense. Things have definitely changed, but how to deal with that is the question.
Erdagon is perhaps the most dangerous man on planet Earth. He has taken Turkey from a Republic to a religious dictatorship. Not just any religion but the most evil one of all. He even had American protesters beaten up on America soil while he was here.

the 2024 version is a totally different plane that the 1978 version.
The F-16 has been modernized a lot! so there is advanced tech in the latest NATO/US version that the Turks will be getting.

NATO is largely running US foreign policy, and the IC.
Is this a double or a triple negative? Defeated the bid to stop the sale ... double cancels each other out so the sale is going thru? I realize this is how DC speaks, but you would think journalists would translate for us.

NATO is actively working against America’s interests.
With the Baltic Sea now a NATO lake, there is no reason to include Turkey as a NATO member. Turkey is no longer a strategic state against Russia considering the Black Sea fleet has been decimated.
