Amish people go into Lancaster County Courthouse for a hearing regarding farmer Amos Miller's raw-dairy business on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024.

Upper Leacock farmer Amos Miller cannot sell raw milk or dairy products made from it to the public under an order issued by a Lancaster County judge Friday afternoon.

Judge Thomas Sponaugle’s order also allows the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to inspect any location where Miller packages or distributes raw milk and to test Miller’s dairy products.

The ruling is a win for the agriculture department, which sought to prevent Miller from producing and selling raw milk and products while its lawsuit against him plays out.

Same here, “raw” milk from a large 2-gallon glass “pickle jar” style container when I was younger.
About 95% of the food, I ate when younger was home grown/processed/butchered.
Milk, eggs, and bread my father bartered for with the Amish.
I spent countless summer days with my father as he would work on a small engine, etc. I would spend time with the Amish families children with their chores, as they thought me many useful skills.

The PA ag department was the gestapo that shut down businesses in PA during the covid CHinese flu biological attack.

Should label it as “not authorized for human consumption”.

Who knows how many calves need to be bottle-fed?

The same government that prescribes puberty blockers, adderall and sex surgery for children is concerned about raw milk?
Boggles the mind!

The food supply would be much better if we got rid of 537 politicians instead of 100,000 farmers, or even one Amish farmer.

Good news update!

@TexasLindsay_: BIG WIN for U.S. Farmers—Amos Miller, the Amish Farmer in Pennsylvania whose farm was raided by Feds for selling raw milk. Again, the U.S. federal government tried to shut down a farmer for selling his milk. Atty Robert Barnes has been in this fight for years & FINALLY WON.
