New York’s Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul is moving forward with her plan to retool the Civil Service Commission to put illegal aliens at the head of the line for state jobs.
At the end of January, Hochul approved a plan for the state to hire 4,000 illegal aliens for entry-level state jobs. Not only is the state preparing to put illegals at the head of the line, but the plan Hochul approved eliminates several requirements for illegals to be eligible for the jobs.
The rules requiring applicants to take the civil service exam and to have a high school diploma have been eliminated.
The aim is to get illegals into state jobs faster once they get approved work permits.

That is true, but not a reason for calling people stupid who value certain things more than you do.
The current state employees who will miss out on promotions or lateral moves will place CSEA and PEF into “difficult positions...” Since NY is a closed shop, all of these “employees” will become paying union members...They are salivating about the prospect while current state employees will be royally PO’ed. This will not be pretty.

Yep. She was the ride along to Cumo who fell out of favor after murdering 16,000 seniors in nursing homes during Covid. So, essentially, they did vote for her. Just wait until the trucking companies move out of NY and the boycott really kicks in.
