The problem he's going to run into is that it is not through legislation, but through the courts. And they're doing it through trials.
But his point is valid. What we have seen is a tyrannical abuse of power.
Trump's finally talking to the right lawyers, and probably Mark Levin.
But also, Gold and Silver coin only.
That’s pretty important as well.
“But also, Gold and Silver coin only.”
And Bills of Credit. Sadly the Constitution is no longer operative.

It has seemed to me that what they want to call an insurrection fits this bill of attainder definition. There is no due process to define how it is an insurrection or a due process to establish that someone was a participant in an insurrection but that to be associated to protests against the election of Joe Biden automatically makes everyone in the group guilty.
Maybe he is referring to the New York case?
But also, Gold and Silver coin only.

. the FEDeral Reserve
is not federal
and there is no reserve
its was and is unconstitutional from the get go ( 1913)
Curious. The ex post facto law might be an issue in the Carrol case. The statutes of limitations ran out, but the NY Legislature extended the statues of limitations just for a period of one year almost expressly to get her case go to trial. Otherwise her case was mute by statute. It could be considered an ex post facto law in that it applied to civil actions that occurred way in the past that would otherwise have been barred by the statute of limitations. To avoid the issue, the law could’ve extended that statues for actions committed now and in the future - but for actions committed in the past?
Or maybe he’s got other reasons for posting it. Or multiple reasons.
That pesky Constitution is so... yesterday. /s
Maybe an attorney can explain this and how it applies to changing NY law so one person can be sued for sexual harassment or some such thing.
I would take exception to “title of nobility.”
Some titles should have been kept.
Court Jester, Joe Biden
Palace Eunuch, Rachel Levine
Jester Consort, Jill Biden
Law impairing the obligations of contracts - might be the other case where his lawyer bought the story rights from that stripper. Bragg is claiming it’s a campaign violation. It’s an iffy case anyway because he’s using NY state to enforce a federal election allegation. But what it was, in essence, was a story rights license. That is not an uncommon practice in media. Some publisher buys the exclusive rights to a celebrity wedding, or a movie company buys the life story of a hero etc. It gives them exclusive rights to tell the story and the seller is obliged not to divulge the story or sell it again for substantially the same purposes. Whether the buyer actually produces anything from the content is immaterial. Hollywood types buy story rights all the time and never make the movie for whatever reasons.
The Founders knew very well, from their own experience, that if money could be created and issued by a central entity, vast power would very quickly fall into the hands of that entity, and its cronies.
Unfortunately, the Democratic Communists have repealed the rule of law.
Thank you Richard Nixon.
How about the ex post facto law that New York passed that temporarily extended the statute of limitations on sexual assault, allowing E. Jean Carroll to sue Trump?
Grand Vizir Obama
Which is why it’s a joke when people get all wound up about natural born citizenship.
good. this NY bill and case was tailored to attack real estate businesses and Trump in particular. this is how he should have fought this in the first place.
I’ve got a question folks.
If Judge Arthur Engoron tried to sell anything of value,
say a home, a vehicle, or some other valuable item, and
he didn’t get his asking price, does that mean he tried
to execute a fraud on the potential and actual buyers?
Asking for a friend...
Yes...
And it wasn’t to change the length of the statute of
limitations in full. It was for one case, I believe.
