The Biden administration planted a Democrat operative inside a Fulton County office to target former President Donald Trump, multiple sources familiar with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office exclusively told Breitbart News.
If the Biden administration planted the operative, as the sources say, it would present a strong argument that the administration interfered in the 2024 presidential election.
Breitbart News granted the sources anonymity to discuss the attorney’s office for fear of retribution. The sources have direct knowledge of the environment at the District Attorney’s Office, which they characterized as “corrupt.”

As Fani Willis doesn’t not seem like the kind of person to come up with a scheme like this.

Can't see how the Judge has any option.
If the Judge does not dismiss, Trump and the rest of the defendants are going to use the results of the disqualification case to file a malicious prosecution claim against the DA and Fulton County which will make the texts discoverable.
There is a very low bar to get a malicious prosecution claim litigated and Fani and Fulton County has left itself very vulnerable.
At the very least, there is going to be months of litigation where the defense is actually attacking on the offensive against Willis and Fulton County. And that's not even counting any appeals. .
There is a real dirt bag Biden/Obama Democrat operative named Tim DiSantis working with Fani and he could end up being the connection to the rest of the lawfare conspiracy against Trump.
This Fulton County disaster could result in a a RICO case against the Democrat lawfare effort.
I hope this happens. I am appalled at the willful misuse of our leagal system to practice political persecution. It is outrageous.
And he needs to put the fear of God in senators who vote against the confirmation of a decent AG.

say a home, a vehicle, or some other valuable item, and
he didn’t get his asking price, does that mean he tried
to execute a fraud on the potential and actual buyers?
