A member of the US Air Force was in critical condition after reportedly setting himself on fire outside the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC, Sunday afternoon.
A video live streamed on Twitch appeared to show the Air Force member in uniform standing in front of the embassy gate and identifying himself as a member of the US Air Force, the New York Times and Washington Post said, citing officials who confirmed the footage matched the man in question. “I will no longer be complicit in genocide [in Gaza]. I am about to engage in an extreme act of protest,” the man apparently said before setting himself alight and repeatedly shouting “Free Palestine!”
The name the man used in the video – which has not been shared publicly – matches a LinkedIn account for an active-duty Air Force officer from Texas, the Times reported. A spokesperson for the Air Force told Task & Purpose that the man is an active-duty airman. His identity has not been confirmed.

Milley’s and Austin’s DEI department hired the guy after a long interview.
I hope he had enough carbon credits to cover this.
At least this guy had the courage of his convictions, unlike most Zeepers here, not a one of which would dare join the Ukrainian army and fight the eviiiil Russians.
That fits a lot of the crap we see with that left-wing stupid attitude gaining power in the military.
Lots of support for him and his sctions on FB.
That’s hardly a surprise based on how long he was on fire in the video.
What is with people that they think torching themselves proves a point or will cause others to change their minds on an issue? I cannot fathom that mentality. I ***HATE*** burns. They are the worst kind of pain.
Sadly for him, death was not the end of the burning and pain.
Pretty shocking kool-aid drinker ..
Hopefully, he didn't reproduce.
Did the tard not know it would hurt?
I'll chip in for the gasoline and metal water bottles for any of them that want to express supreme solidarity.
Well that won't stop him voting in future elections though.
My prayers go for his family, who remember him from long before he became overwhelmed by paranoia and/or depression.
I made out the “Bu” on his service jacket name tape.
“looking for SkillBridge programs to transition out of the US Air Force into software engineering.”
Re: 3 - was not an Officer, but Enlisted.
Sounds like he was a BMT Honor Grad.
Had a good skill set thanks to taxpayer funded training.
Stupid act that has also affected the lives of his parents and other family members.
This was the trial run for what’s waiting for him in hell
Glad he ended it this way instead of spending tax dollars to become a tranny
Looks (looked) like a bit of a Poindexter.

Mentally ill fanatic. The left is full of them. Doesn’t change my mind about Israel.
