I agree. If you plan to do a garden read the Labels, read the labels on all pre-made food. Why does Whole Fat Buttermilk need FOUR THICKNERS? Never had them on the label. Never needed them, as it doesn’t thicken Buttermilk. Which is usually a baking item. PET PEEVE STRANGE THINGS IN THE FOOD WE BUY. READ THE LABELS! NORMAL BUTTERMILK HAS NO THICKENERS! I doubt much if any of what we are now learning are poisons in our food were intentionally put there to harm anyone.

Over 40 years ago, I reaped oats and one of the problems was the stalks bending over if weather conditions weren't perfect.

That caused a reduction in the quantity of oats as if the reaper bent the stalks over they didn't get chopped and center the machine.

Had some bright salesman come along and said, just spray this stuff on the oats and the stalks won't bend over, you will get more oats for less than the cost of the wonder stuff, we would have bought it.

Same for a lot of the what we are now learning is harming us, at the time we started using it, it seemed like a good idea for one reason or another.

One of those "what could possibly go wrong" situations.

Little by little, as the harm appears we are finding out.

Biscuits don’t need buttermilk but if you must, then add vinegar to the milk. Heck, biscuits don’t need milk, either. Water does fine. Just like the trend in today’s tortilla recipes for some reason call for baking powder. Duuuh, they’re flat breads.

That nasty crap sold is stores is nothing like real butter milk. Shake some cream into butter and the liquid leftover is butter milk. Two totally differ products in looks, taste, smells, texture and thickness.

Might as well feed the kids a bowl of sugar spritzed with Round Up for breakfast. Monsanto’s founders should be sentenced to the bowels of dungeons. Coincidently, the same names pop up in Monsanto and the vax.
