I agree. If you plan to do a garden read the Labels, read the labels on all pre-made food. Why does Whole Fat Buttermilk need FOUR THICKNERS? Never had them on the label. Never needed them, as it doesn’t thicken Buttermilk. Which is usually a baking item. PET PEEVE STRANGE THINGS IN THE FOOD WE BUY. READ THE LABELS! NORMAL BUTTERMILK HAS NO THICKENERS! DYES, RED OR BLUE. I READ LABELS.
