FASCISM: Leftist Tyrant Letitia James Threatens to Seize President Trump’s Assets if He Can’t Pay Outrageous Court Fine Ordered by Judge Engoron In New York Civil Fraud Trial
Gateway Pundit ^ | Feb. 20, 2024 6:40 pm | By Cullen Linebarger

Tyrannical leftist New York Attorney General Letitia James has revealed she is prepared to seize (steal) President Trump’s assets if he cannot pay the outrageous court fine as ordered by compromised Judge Arthur Engoron.

“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News.

As the Gateway Pundit reported, Engoron fined Trump $355 million and banned him from doing business in New York City for the next three years. Engoron claimed Trump “participated in aiding and abetting the conspiracy to commit insurance fraud by their individual acts in falsifying business records and valuations, causing materially fraudulent SFCs to be intentionally submitted to insurance companies.”

This is nothing but garbage, however. As Jim Hoft notes, the banks did their due diligence before they loaned Trump the money and testified they would gladly do it again.

Critical Medications Every American Can Have On Hand (Including Ivermectin) – And How To Get Them Prescribed

Trump is vowing to appeal the charges and has accused Engoron of conspiring with James.

James went on to tell the network that she is “very confident” with the strength of her case on appeal and she would willingly seize at least one of Trump’s buildings, specifically listing Trump’s 40 Wall Street skyscraper.

“We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I will get 40 Wall Street each and every day,” James boasted.

The attorney general also slammed Trump’s credible claim businesses would flee the Big Apple after Engoron’s ruling. As Gateway Pundit readers know, private equity managers are already researching new business opportunities and truckers have launched a boycott.

“Last I checked, tourism is up. Wall Street is doing just fine,” James claimed.

James then ended the interview by making a silly feminist statement in response to the other witch-hunts Trump is fighting, including the E. Jean Carroll defamation case and the so-called “election interference” one in Georgia brought by corrupt Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

“Someone once told me if you want something done, give it to a woman,” she crowed.

And there is nothing anyone can do to stop any of this, if you’re telling the truth. The reality, as I see it, is that the American people are powerless against the government. Completely cucked and emasculated. Sad reality. I haven’t heard anyone willing to admit this yet. It is, however, self evident.

They have all the aces on the hole. The DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, the IRS, the MSM, the military, and the judicial system.

Agree.

I heard someone say on social media the woke Dems were laughing at this and celebrating the “justice” involved.

Who will have the last laugh?

Has PDJT sought an injunction to stay the proceedings in federal court? Seems to be a pretty clear 8th amendment violation [against excessive fines] and due process [posting insurmountable sum for privilege of exercising constitutional right of appeal].

And that’s not even getting to the no victim, no damages = no fraud black letter civil law.

Judges are going to have to look carefully at what the powers of the NY attorney general are here.

Are they so broad that she can invert the law to keep a campaign promise to “get Trump?”

Is she empowered to look at a financial statement, decide what is a “lie” (that nobody believes), then put someone out of business?

This is where it gets dicey for HER.

She will now have to put a REAL VALUE on those properties, and she will have to prove it. If they total MORE THAN WHAT SHE SAID IN COURT TO CONVICT TRUMP then the whole case crumbles into dust....................................

Conservatives will have the last laugh, as the Democrats will find themselves alone when the system comes for them as well. Democrats should hear it every day that they ended the United States and created a tyranny. Every day, every hour, every minute, from wake to sleep. Those words should ring in their ears nonstop.

How could the system of pseudo-justice have been set up with a requirement that the person has to pay a portion of the money at the same moment they can’t afford to pay?

From NY Daily News:
“Every morning Donald Trump wakes up, he now owes another $87,500 in interest on the massive legal penalties he received last week.”

“The pain is set to continue until he pays off the entirety of the nearly half a billion dollars in fines and interest in his Manhattan civil fraud case.”

According to the Independent:
“The former president has 30 days from the ruling to come up with the cash or secure a bond to appeal the $364m verdict against him, a figure that is growing to nearly half a billion dollars with daily interest.

An appeal would effectively require a deposit in the form of a bond to front the costs for him. Asking for a third-party guarantee could cost him a percentage of the judgment, plus interest and fees, that he can’t recover.”

I have my doubts that there is a single person in the nation willing to take up arms for any of this let one a well formed militia.

Ghetto-nurtured Letitia James’s had a dream.......to “get Trump.”

She articulated her vendetta against Trump December 13, 2018, shortly after her first election and before she took office. James emphasized that her focus would be to use her tax-financed office for
<><>somehow getting Trump,
<><>conceding she had no basis to believe that wrongdoing had occurred.

James, a Democrat, told NBC News after she was elected DA:
<><>she would use every area of the law to investigate Trump and his business transactions
<><>and his family as well.
<><>she outlined some of the probes she intended to pursue
<><>involving “potential illegalities” of Trump’s real estate holdings in New York.

When the investigation began, the ghetto-nurtured “James had just a dream.” but no inkling of what, if any, wrongs might have been committed “involving Trump’s real estate holdings.” Significantly, no complaining party was asking her office for redress.

To “get Trump,” DA James turned Consumer Protection laws upside down. The law is intended to protect consumers w/ no way to help themselves from predatory lenders, so they turn for help to l/e.

In this topsy turvy case, Trump is accused of “preying on lenders”....very sophisticated lenders who are fully capable of protecting themselves.

Lenders who had no gripes, no losses, who hadn’t asked the attorney general for help.

“”aiding and abetting the conspiracy to commit insurance fraud by their individual acts in falsifying business records and valuations, causing materially fraudulent SFCs to be intentionally submitted to insurance companies.””

I thought the complaint originally was that Trump OVERSTATED the value of his properties to lending institutions. What does “insurance” have to do with that complaint and what does SFC stand for? Count me lost!!

Boy - we are seeing exactly what giving any power at all to women of color is a bad idea and BAD for the United States!! All the way from the L.A. Mayor to the AG of New York State...and all states in between; IL, MD, LA, GA, District of Columbia and many more that I can’t think of at this second. I wouldn’t be bashful about saying women of ANY COLOR in positions of power is a bad idea...I feel safe saying that as a woman.
