As Trump has said many times: “They’re coming after you, I’m just in the way”.

I hate these people.

In my dreams all the bad actors are eliminated in one night - complete decapitation of the entire power base.

Just dreams…

Has PDJT sought an injunction to stay the proceedings in federal court? Seems to be a pretty clear 8th amendment violation [against excessive fines] and due process [posting insurmountable sum for privilege of exercising constitutional right of appeal].

And that’s not even getting to the no victim, no damages = no fraud black letter civil law.
_______________________________

PDJT is aware of the clear violation of the 8th amendment because he pulled out a copy of it to read during his Town Hall with Laura Ingraham tonight.

Hopefully, his legal eagles are on this and have sought an injunction to protect his NY properties from being seized, as well as other violations.

In Nazi Germany, private property was nominal. ALL business was highly regulated by the state (that is, by the Nazis). Any so-called owner who resisted had his business seized by the state.

COMMUNISM: government ownership and control of the means of production

FASCISM: private ownership but with government control of the means of production

CAPITAL: private ownership and control of the means of production

SOCIALISM originally meant communism; the two were more or less synonymous; but, with Fabian Socialism, Fascism, and other so-called Third Way ‘isms, socialism came to mean fascism; i.e., private ownership combined with government control.

IN ADDITION, the communist goal of “from each according to his abilities, to each according to his means,” was replaced by progressive taxation and massive redistribution of the wealth.

It turns out you can’t get much work out of people by wiping them. So, the government shares a part of your work with you. In fact, for many people, the package of cash and non-cash benefits offered by the governments to those in its welfare system is equal or better than what they can earn after taxes. So, what’s the use? Hence there is widespread disenchantment with the system by many working-class people, and the massahs increasingly fear the working class.

Feel free to send this to your ‘representative’ in the House of Representatives:

‘ESSENTIAL’ FEDERAL SPENDING BILL

....

The Treasury shall withhold payment of all funding under current federal law to the State of New York, the City of New York, the City of Buffalo, New York County, Kings County, Queens County, Bronx County and Erie County and pay it instead to Donald J. Trump upon his application at any IRS office in the State of Florida until he has received $500 million in reallocated funds.

Payment he shall so receive shall be free of federal revenue imposition.

"Someone once told me if you want something done, give it to a woman,” she crowed.

That would be Nikki Haley (spit).

Yep. He ran on a “get Trump” platform looking to get him and created her own rules and laws to do so.

I can’t believe violence has to come before congress even makes a cursory attempt at pushing back. I’d have a ukraine bill before Congress with Money for Trump tied to it just to thumb their noses in it. If i were the speaker the house would remain completely silent until the DOJ stopped pointing their weapons at political opponents. It’s crazy how useless the GOP is during an absolute crisis.

With his balance sheet a bond will be easy.

What will be interesting in the short term is the destruction of businesses and hyper-inflation when the truckers stop moving products in to NYC.

Just like Covid the left has little grasp of business mathematics because they could not run a child’s lemonade stand.

Trump is going to go old school once he gets in office. I heard Manchin (speaking?) spewing spittle about people getting along and being nice today. Screw that prick.

What other Republican candidate could withstand this type of lawfare? Queen Letitia may be feeling strong now, but her day is coming.

RE: With his balance sheet a bond will be easy.

Presume that’s from non New York sources of income?
I thought he can’t use his businesses in New York for money.

I’m confused.

Heard he can’t run them or have his two sons run them, and each son was fined $2 million.

Please clarify for me.

This would be the single, largest violation of 5A in U.S. history (marking the dawn of USSA).

Hopefully, tourists will launch a boycott of New York City. I’m certainly not setting foot in that hole until things are set right.

Which means, likely, forever.
