Craig Gillen (attorney for Trump co-defendant David Shafer) questioned Wade about Willis' repayments to him for vacations that were made in cash.Though Wade is saying he has no evidence of being reimbursed by Fani, he is also saying Fani can't look to him (Wade) for any proof that she reimbursed him in cash.Wade admitted that he did not have deposit slips or receipts to support his claims.
"You don’t have a single solitary deposit slip to corroborate or support any of your allegations that you were paid by Ms. Willis in cash, do you?" Gillen asked.
"No, sir," Wade said.
"Not a single solitary one," Gillen pressed.
"Not a one."(1)
By saying "Not a one," Wade is cutting Fani loose. If he were protecting Fani he might at the very least say that it might be possible to reconstruct some kind of evidence of a cash payment by Fani and receipt by him by looking at his own cash flows and expenses at that time. But Wade's response to any paper trail (support) for Fani's payment: "Not a one" (i.e., no corroboration).
When I heard that, I immediately thought, Wade just cut Fani loose.
BTW, Fani later indicated that she didn't have any evidence of a cash withdrawal because she keeps large sums of cash on hand at all times.
Given that Fani knows her job as DA requires her to report gifts, justify payments that might prove that her vacations with Wade were not gifts, and, at the least, prove she repaid Wade to dispel the appearance of gifts received, one would think she would have ask Wade to sign a handwritten "paid" note showing she had paid her fair share.
But no...she didn't even do that.
There is more than enough money laundering between legal superstars Fani and Mr. Wade. Wade charged their personal travel junkets onto his corporate credit card. Fani paid him cash, no receipts. They don’t need no stinking receipts. She never paid him more than $2500 at a time. Doesn’t matter what they did between the sheets.
Let’s see if Fani is wearing the US flag pin upside down as she did yesterday or if that was just an oversight.
This judge is UP FOR RE-ELECTION so no way he upsets the Black supporters of Fani. Our judicial system is broken beyond repair.

I’d have only one comment about the title. To ‘testify’ implies truthfulness......what this person (and her BF) is doing isn’t ‘truthfulness.’ It’s all made up and colluded lying.
