Conservative group tells judge it has no evidence to back its claims of Georgia ballot stuffing

A conservative group has told a Georgia judge that it doesn't have evidence to support its claims of illegal ballot stuffing during the the 2020 general election and a runoff two months later.

Texas-based True the Vote filed complaints with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in 2021, including one in which it said it had obtained “a detailed account of coordinated efforts to collect and deposit ballots in drop boxes across metro Atlanta” during the November 2020 election and a January 2021 runoff.

A Fulton County Superior Court judge in Atlanta signed an order last year requiring True the Vote to provide evidence it had collected, including the names of people who were sources of information, to state elections officials who were frustrated by the group's refusal to share evidence with investigators. In their written response, attorneys for True the Vote said the group had no names or other documentary evidence to share.

“Once again, True the Vote has proven itself untrustworthy and unable to provide a shred of evidence for a single one of their fairy-tale allegations," Raffensperger spokesman Mike Hassinger said Wednesday. "Like all the lies about Georgia’s 2020 election, their fabricated claims of ballot harvesting have been repeatedly debunked.”

True the Vote’s assertions were relied upon heavily for “2000 Mules,” a widely debunked film by conservative pundit and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza. A State Election Board investigation found that surveillance camera footage that the film claimed showed ballot stuffing actually showed people submitting ballots for themselves and family members who lived with them, which is allowed under Georgia law.

The election board subpoenaed True the Vote to provide evidence that would assist it in investigating the group's ballot trafficking allegations.

True the Vote's complaint said its investigators "spoke with several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods,

Push came to shove, and TTV had nothing.

Push did not come to shove. TTV choose to fight another day. They had not evidence, because they didn't want to have any evidence hand over to Ratburger.

Please understand, I’m not suggesting that research and discovery into what happened in 2020 should go black.

But human capital is a finite resource. Further, there are only 168 hours in a week. All the time and effort - and money - spent by Mike Lindell and others to catch a thief is getting us nowhere…at this time.

Maybe in 5 years, people will start to take a fresh look at 2020 because if Mike and others. The R&D being performed today will help tomorrow. Just like the grassy knoll and “Maybe the CIA DID kill Kennedy” isn’t hushed out of fear, maybe even leftists will be willing to acknowledge some “oddities” in 2020.

Solving 2020 is a noble cause. And I’m all for learning errors so they can be corrected.

But nobody will care about 2020 if 2024 isn’t secured, transparent, and live-streamed. And I’ll be blunt: our side is terrible at multitasking. Indeed, for MONTHS FR was lit up with Trump bs DeSantis flame wars.

There is still a case pending in GA about thousands of missing ballot images which keeps getting delayed.

Yes, that is the Garland Favorito & VoterGA case I talked about above in the thread.

Brian Amero teamed up with Fani Willis to hide the ballots.

Amero never dreamed that Fatti Willis would out herself as an incompetent and corrupt POS -and thus shine light on his own actions in that case.

The stooge Amero claimed that VoterGA had no standing after delaying the case for MONTHS.

I believe an appellate court over-ruled his stooge ruling, allowing the case to go forward.

You doubt the election was stolen because the courts would do nothing to remedy the fraud?

I greatly appreciate your posts, but what evidence of actual fraud has been presented, to any court? Rules may have been broken on how votes were allowed to be gathered, but no evidence exists that any votes were fraudulent in nature that I am aware of. Until some evidence of that type comes forth, there is no substantiated reason to assume anything was fraudulent.

traitorous RINOs…haven't addressed the voting fraud issues

The ones in office didn’t lose their elections, nor were they donated $250M to “stop the steal” as Trump was, so they likely see the onus on Trump to prove any such fraud, which he has failed to do from a legal standpoint. Again, I’m speaking strictly from the point of reality of who was affected, and what have they done about it. Sure, he’s done a masterful job of convincing his most ardent followers he was wronged, but will that really matter in the end.

Dominion Voting Machine In Action:

"It'll even scan a batch of blank ballots and vote for whoever you tell it to"

For example: You can collect 960 mailed in ballots for Trump, and [administratively] mess them up enough to *force 'adjudication'* and then shred/trash those Trump ballots . . . and then substitute 960 pre-printed blank ballots and "administratively adjudicate" the blanks, for Biden.

I’ve still got videos from 2020 on my FR homepage showing how Dominion machines can easily be manipulated. But no actual evidence has ever come forth that is what happened in the 2020 election. We were told it would, but then Dominion has won every court case. I think Mike Lindell is up next, and I hope he somehow wins, but as of now it is not looking likely.

You missed the point. No evidence of fraud was presented to the courts exactly because the courts didn't want to hear that evidence. As a procedural matter it didn't go that far and didn't go beyond the preliminary objections. They are still fighting in GA to get the ballot images. If the ballot images can't be produced, that is evidence of fraud, i.e., destruction of evidence. This is called running out the clock: delay, delay, delay.

The ones in office didn’t lose their elections, nor were they donated $250M to “stop the steal” as Trump was, so they likely see the onus on Trump to prove any such fraud, which he has failed to do from a legal standpoint. I don't know how much money Trump got. Ronna McRomney went around collecting money, but what for what it was spent, I know not. Of course, lawyers aren't cheap, but they were playing a rigged game in the courts. I think because of the Biden economy, the border crisis, and all of the wars that the U.S. taxpayer is funding, people who didn't vote for Trump in 2020 are slowly concluding that the election was stolen, and not just for POTUS.

No my friend, that is the exact point. As I said I’m a bottom line guy, and no evidence has been presented, as you just said. I’ve been patient too, but years have gone by now. I still hope something comes out, but the losing streak is long, and Trump only seems interested in keeping his supporters in line, who have clearly shown they don’t care about the actual court cases. They may think their anger will overcome the rule of law, but history shows otherwise. ‘The reckoning’ as you said is usually for those who defy it.
