A conservative group has told a Georgia judge that it doesn't have evidence to support its claims of illegal ballot stuffing during the the 2020 general election and a runoff two months later.
Texas-based True the Vote filed complaints with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in 2021, including one in which it said it had obtained “a detailed account of coordinated efforts to collect and deposit ballots in drop boxes across metro Atlanta” during the November 2020 election and a January 2021 runoff.
A Fulton County Superior Court judge in Atlanta signed an order last year requiring True the Vote to provide evidence it had collected, including the names of people who were sources of information, to state elections officials who were frustrated by the group's refusal to share evidence with investigators. In their written response, attorneys for True the Vote said the group had no names or other documentary evidence to share.
“Once again, True the Vote has proven itself untrustworthy and unable to provide a shred of evidence for a single one of their fairy-tale allegations," Raffensperger spokesman Mike Hassinger said Wednesday. "Like all the lies about Georgia’s 2020 election, their fabricated claims of ballot harvesting have been repeatedly debunked.”
True the Vote’s assertions were relied upon heavily for “2000 Mules,” a widely debunked film by conservative pundit and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza. A State Election Board investigation found that surveillance camera footage that the film claimed showed ballot stuffing actually showed people submitting ballots for themselves and family members who lived with them, which is allowed under Georgia law.
The election board subpoenaed True the Vote to provide evidence that would assist it in investigating the group's ballot trafficking allegations.
True the Vote's complaint said its investigators "spoke with several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods,

You found problems with the 2000 Mules movie?
I watch for tell-tale signs of either collusion with the enemy,
which you touched on, and an out right individual who is really,
not walking on the same path we are.
Just because someone posts here, that doesn’t mean they share our
values and goals.
Then there’s the people who can’t grasp that they are actually,
singing the same tune as our enemies, but think they are wise to do
so.
No, there’s nothing wise about our enemies, and if you are echoing
their views, you might want to pull your head out and look around. (not you...)
For some people, there is no “pulling their head out”.
It is Gorilla-Glued into where the sun don’t shine.
Thanks for this post! :)
Additionally, I do know for a lot of people whose posts like that which make me look twice, it is a case of just being misinformed. Ignorance can be cured if someone is willing.
Dogmatic ideology often can’t.
You bet, FRiend.
Smile… yeah…
Continue to believe in a fraud is all I need to know about you, someone that really isn’t interested in finding a solution to a major problem
I get a kick out of you flailing for meaning.
Thank you.
Good luck.
Same to you believing in a fairy tale is not a good thing
I don’t believe in your take on things, so don’t worry too
much.
Good you should not believe me, you should be smart enough to investigate the facts yourself and educate yourself on the fraud people like Lindell is selling like I did and unfortunately it appears TTV is heading in the same direction as Lindell
I also love it when folks flailing for meaning, start talking
about me needing to educate myself.
Thanks for your humorous input.
I recognize Lindell for his shortcomings and dedicated
support. I’m not going to canonize him, but he is not
the worst of our problems by a mile.
You just keep singing the democrat blues on the subject.
Poor guy...
I love when people offer nothing to back up their claims, complain but never offer any alternative but blind loyalty to a cause filled with con men.
I’ve been pretty frank about my thoughts on Lindell, but you
on the other hand see him as some massive fraud that shakes
the whole party with regard to illegal activity.
I don’t. Here’s why.
The party leadership itself sees no illegal activity. They
disagree with him 100%. Remind me again how he destroyed
our ability to get a fair shake, when our own party
leadership thinks 2020 was the best, most secure election
ever.
You’ve over-estimated the damage he could do to us. It’s
utter nonsense to claim he’s a real fraudster that did
harm to us.
If the leadership had an inkling that some fraud took
place and then abandoned that idea after Lindell didn’t
provide anything, that would be one thing. Our party at
no time thought there was a problem with the 2020
election.
They ignored Lindell, Giuliani, Trump and anyone else who
stated there was corruption.
I suggest you study up on the issue.
Maybe the party leadership is in on the fraud. Party leadership is part of the problem no one in the general public takes Rona McDaniel seriously after her poor performance as party leader.
Lindell is a fixture at Mar-a-Lago and is by Trump’s side at every opportunity, Lindell is a fraud and his constant appearances with Trump only cement in the minds of the general public that Trump is a fraud as well.
Perhaps we are talking about a small percentage of people, in 2024 2-4% of the population could decide the election, MAGA alone can’t win the election, it needs to attract support outside of the true MAGA crowd, IMO, Lindell distracts from that.
Thanks for your response. Take care...
I have NO IDEA how they pulled this off, all I know is:
81 MILLION PEOPLE DID NOT VOTE FOR JOE BIDEN...
YOU DON;T NEED PROOF,...YOU ONLY NEED A COMMON SENSE BRAIN.
A correction-True The Vote gave the information to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, not the Georgia State Police. (I believe they also gave it to the Georgia Attorney General)
True The Vote had plenty of “Evidence” that included dozens of people breaking election laws on video, paired with the cell phone data that could easily have identified those people. The video would have been legally sound, as the source was, in many cases, the State of Georgia’s own video which was obtained by True The Vote via the Georgia state equivalent of a FOIA.
All the State of Georgia would have had to do was issue a subpoena to unmask those people. They would have been able to send agents to the doors of many of those people within days for an interview, if nothing else.
Georgia has subpoena power. True The Vote does not. That information may only be obtained via subpoena...that is, who were the people who owned those phones.
Georgia is the entity that had three years to do something, but didn’t. Critically thinking people would ask why that is so, but one does not have to think critically to understand that is was because they did not only NOT want to find out who those people were. They were actively AVOIDING finding out who those people were. Because the come under the Executive aegis of the Governor of Georgia, the execrable, corrupt, and compromised Governor Kemp.
Then last week, Georgia came out with this, on that specific day in that specific week, with a coordinated, orchestrated hit job.
Intelligent people would ask why. But only intelligent people who also want to learn the truth.
Judging from the dearth of critical thought here on this thread, I see there are too many who are neither intelligent nor seek the truth.
thanx for your deconstruction
