A conservative group has told a Georgia judge that it doesn't have evidence to support its claims of illegal ballot stuffing during the the 2020 general election and a runoff two months later.
Texas-based True the Vote filed complaints with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in 2021, including one in which it said it had obtained “a detailed account of coordinated efforts to collect and deposit ballots in drop boxes across metro Atlanta” during the November 2020 election and a January 2021 runoff.
A Fulton County Superior Court judge in Atlanta signed an order last year requiring True the Vote to provide evidence it had collected, including the names of people who were sources of information, to state elections officials who were frustrated by the group's refusal to share evidence with investigators. In their written response, attorneys for True the Vote said the group had no names or other documentary evidence to share.
“Once again, True the Vote has proven itself untrustworthy and unable to provide a shred of evidence for a single one of their fairy-tale allegations," Raffensperger spokesman Mike Hassinger said Wednesday. "Like all the lies about Georgia’s 2020 election, their fabricated claims of ballot harvesting have been repeatedly debunked.”
True the Vote’s assertions were relied upon heavily for “2000 Mules,” a widely debunked film by conservative pundit and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza. A State Election Board investigation found that surveillance camera footage that the film claimed showed ballot stuffing actually showed people submitting ballots for themselves and family members who lived with them, which is allowed under Georgia law.
The election board subpoenaed True the Vote to provide evidence that would assist it in investigating the group's ballot trafficking allegations.
True the Vote's complaint said its investigators "spoke with several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods,

Might make you a bit uncomfortable, but it was the truth.
Has that not occurred to you by this point?
You’ve had not one single positive thing to say about
Lindell.
He’s certain got more in the game than you do.
It’s no may have been scammed! He was!
I don’t deny he’s a good guy. Super proTrump, etc. Being a very vocal super Trump supporter set him up for the scam. When you really want something to be true you become an easy mark for fraudsters. That’s because you will uncritically believe anything they say!
Wasn’t that in Arizona?
To be honest, it’s Giuliani that I’m wondering about.
He’s been hit pretty hard too.
I’m not convinced that Trump had a sound team checking for
fraudulent systems that cost him the election.
I’ve heard more in the private sector than I have from
these folks. I was waiting for something to be revealed
after the election, but nothing came from them. Were
they that incompetent? It seems so.
I think Giuliani is still saying there was fraud, but
where’s the proof?
I think there was such a case in AZ, too. I’m beginning to wonder about TTV. They came out with a statement that said it was a coordinated attack in the press based on one small item in their court filing. But they didn’t elaborate on what that one small thing was. And then Steve Deace offered them the chance to come on his show & discuss all this & they never called him back. So that’s suspicious.
If what was shown on 2000 Mules was true (& why shouldn’t it be as that is exactly how the DOJ & FBI went after J6’rs) there should be ample proof of ballot box stuffing. What in the world is going on?! I was going to make another donation to them, but at this point I think I’ll wait until things become clearer.
I used to be a big Giuliani fan but I think his time has come and gone. The biggest issue I hear about him is he has a huge drinking problem. However, he’s a friend of Trump and Trump trusts him. I applaud loyalty but sometimes you can have it work against you. The biggest shock to me is how difficult it’s been for Trump to get good legal representation. Maybe he’s always used almost amateurish lawyers - thinking Michael Cohen (I think have the right name!) Why does he do that? The story is he’s to difficult of a client! Maybe true, maybe not! There’s got to be a reason!
I agree with regard to Giuliani, and yet I still like him.
Not sure what the issue with him is, but he has under-
performed in recent years.
As for his attorneys, I’m not sure there either.
That one female he has on his team now, or just did
seems to be a decent sort. I don’t blame her for not
prevailing in this case, because that court had nothing
to do with the law. It was the proverbial kangaroo
court.
As I stated calling people names is high school debating and shows you have nothing to add to the conversation other than insults and name calling. It’s typical for a lot of people on FR, they just want to complain, they offer nothing to the debate, have no ideas of how to solve the issue other than to blindly support an obvious fraud.
The issue with someone like defending fraud is a lot Trump supporters don’t actually want to solve the issue, they just want something to complain about when they don’t win.
It doesn’t make me the least bit uncomfortable, it’s hard to be complimentary about someone advocating falsely about one of the single biggest issues in the USA, if we don’t have confidence in our election system, then we have no country.
lol.
Hillary Clinton said the earth is a sphere.
So therefore, the earth is flat.
Great argument.
12/03/2020 Video of room where vote ballots were counted at Fulton County, "Hawk's" State Farm Arena, Atlanta, Georgia:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3c3-QiNLI7M
EXCERPTS of comments by "brandaugment6492" who is critical of Jacki Lynn Pick's explanation:
FYI, there are officials with direct knowledge of ballot-processing procedures, some of whom were in these rooms, some of whom gave instructions to workers, who are now investigating the events and allegations about this video so they can fill in more detail on what happened that day. I think reasonable people would want to hear both sides of the story and they will probably come out within the next few days.
Additional videos:
- About 2 minutes of video footage that was allegedly on the laptop on Ruby Freeman's desk:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvRGiFbYlJc
(the person who posted this suggested that the objects passed between Ruby and Shaye Moss may have been smoking-related as it was a nonsmoking facility).
(NOTE: That video is no longer available at YouTube.)
- A four-hour video of ballot-processing during the day:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mhyT-bwYFLY
(includes footage of [Ruby] Freeman)
If you go to the 3:25:15 mark on the long video, you can see one of the bigger machines used in the process. There's a video on social media that a Fulton county poll worker crumpled up a ballot. The worker was a 'cutter' (the person who opens the outer envelope and removes the inner envelope). The ballot was still in the inner envelope. The paper the worker crumpled was half the size of a ballot (the director identified it as a sheet of instructions). Someone re-captioned the video to make it look like the person had destroyed a ballot.
The cutters are told that they may go home (some have been there since very early in the morning) and they can be seen packing up just before 10:00 pm.
Recap of bins:
5:55 A woman in white (Supervisor of Registration) pulls a bin from under the table (looks like it might be empty? and puts the lid on top).
6:04 The man in a suit takes off his jacket (it's now easy to see his red shirt). In a few instances he makes hand gestures (talking to people?).
6:05 A woman in yellow pulls a bin from under the table and takes it to a desk.
6:16 The woman in white ([election] supervisor) pulls a bin from under the table and takes it to a desk.
6:31 The man in red puts something in his pocket? or tucks his shirt, pulls out a bin from under the table, pauses (like he might be saying something?) and takes it to a desk.
At each desk workers are now processing stacks of papers (scanning them?).The voice-over says that they are counting ballots, but it's possible these were already counted earlier and these sheets are being scanned. The large gray machines (lower left) have been covered over with cloths. I would like to know the purpose of the large machines (cutting machines maybe?) and the small machines on the desks (each district has slightly different arrangements and models of machines so you can't always tell which is which from an overhead shot). Are they scanners? tabulators? something else?
Elections officials are saying that after the majority of workers had finished their job of opening envelopes, that they left, and poll watchers and press left with them voluntarily, not because they were told to leave. (On a different occasion, they may have been asked to leave for 2 hours because there was a pipe leaking water.)
The State elections monitor was there just before midnight and he says he didn't see any irregular activities.
The workers are not "unobserved" as J. Picks states in the commentary, they are on video. They know there is video security.
There are conflicting stories about whether people were told to "clear out". When there was a water leak problem, this may have happened, but that is not the same as what happened at the end of the day in this video. Many of the workers had finished, and the press and poll watchers left with them.
I'm in favor of elections security and working to make systems fair and accurate, but this commentary is biased and based on incomplete and sometimes erroneous information (plus an assumption of guilt).
About observers and that remark by brandaugment6492, "Robert-lw2tt" replied to brandaugment6492:
State officials have already admitted that there were no observers there like they originally said. Look it up.
Then brandaugment6492 replied to Robert-lw2tt:
In the state of Georgia, poll watchers are permitted but not required by law. I looked up the laws and it says "may" not "shall". So, even though I think poll watchers should be present, they were not breaking the law by continuing to work when the call came in asking them if they could put in a few more hours.
Then Robert-lw2tt replied to brandaugment6492:
Very shady how they sat quietly until everyone left. Have you seen the video of Ruby [Freeman] and her daughter secretly passing the USB drive?
Were Georgia monitors sent home? State officials clash with Trump team over chain of events [by Barnini Chakraborty, Washington Examiner, 12/07/2020]
EXCERPTS:
[Jacki Lynn] Pick said the video showed a staff member telling observers to leave around 10:30 p.m., and that after they left, four election workers stayed behind to count the hidden batch for two hours without any witnesses present.
Richard Barron, Fulton County elections director, pushed back on those claims Friday and said no observers were explicitly told to leave but that some had started to go after they finished their work. As more and more people started to call it a night, they put prepared ballots back in boxes and away under a table to "close out" for the evening.
At that point, election observers and members of the media also started to leave. Then, the election supervisor on site got a call from [Richard] Barron, who told the team to keep scanning the ballots that had already been prepared. Gabriel Sterling, a top election official in Georgia, said it was then that workers pulled the boxes of ballots back out and continued scanning.

You poor thing. Are you okay? Starting to wonder if you’re
too brittle to handle being disagreed with.
I wrote about certain aspects of this case that you ignored,
but you claimed I hadn’t added anything other than name
calling and insults. Is that fraud? Hmmm...
I’m not defending fraud. I didn’t defend Lindell about not
providing evidence. What I did say is that he had been a
loyal supporter of Trump, and that he had lost quite a
bit financially because of his beliefs.
So while he may not have done what you want, he was still
loyal and a decent sort after taking a real financial hit.
You don’t seem to be able to process a lot of what I’m
bring up for you to consider.
When I said you had exhibited the same thoughts about
Lindell that Hillary would express, you thought it was
name calling. No, it was just the statement of a fact.
I’m not going to stand by and watch someone try to trash
Lindell without giving them some feedback.
As long as you’re going to act like a moron, don’t be
surprised if I treat you like one.
I’m thinking you were very sure that was a kill shot.
You were right.
It was silly. You didn’t kill anyone’s credibility
other than your own.
The analogy was appropriate.
I know you think so.
One was an absolute, and the other was all a state of mind.
Try and keep up.
lol
Your argument was an ad hominem fallacy.
No, actually is addressed factual dynamics.
You can’t see it. That’s okay.
Factual dynamics? 😂

Sorry. Something is fishy here and i think its this “conservative” group.
LINK: Anatomy of a Political Hit: Understanding the Signs of the Times (with Catherine Englebrecht)
The live stream, over an hour, just ended, and I expect they will have this posted soon for replay. If you want to understand what this is about, and who these people at True The Vote are, watch it.
Watch it, and tell me what YOU see. If you have followed the news for the last decade, what you hear described by Ms. Englebrecht will have the stench of the Left all over it, because it is how they do business.
Catherine Englebrecht's dialogue isn't the dialogue of a "grifter" as I have seen her characterized by various shameful posters on this particular thread. Not one-not a single bloody one of them would take the time to watch her discuss this issue, but would instead latch onto, and swallow whole, an orchestrated hit involving multiple elements of the Leftist Media.
I even saw one poster on this thread, who I regarded as middle of the road, who said: "...True The Vote has had 3 years to produce evidence and so far has come up with nothing. The election was rigged by bad information and media lies. But so far after 3 years there is no evidence of ballot stuffing or machines miscounting votes..."
From that, it is clear that the poster is wholly ignorant of the True The Vote situation relating to what happened in court last week.
It is not True The Vote that has "come up with nothing", it is fact that the politically corrupt law enforcement agencies they GAVE that data to (such as the Georgia State Police) even BEFORE that data appeared in "2000 Mules" did NOTHING with it. THAT is the problem. And now, three years after the events, that data is likely stale or worthless. And that is not because True The Vote didn't have anything, it was because the corrupt and politically captured law enforcement agencies deliberately did nothing with it.
Don't take your news from The Atlanta Journal Constitution, the New York Time, The Washington Post, or any of those other mouthpieces. The fact that the putrid, despicable, scummy people on this thread who call out True The Vote as "grifters" would hop right on those hit pieces on day one as soon as it came off the press without even so much as a molecule of skepticism should tell you volumes about those people, who they are, and what they stand for.
And none of it is good. These are people, right here on Free Republic, who have poisoned themselves in some way, some way that is beyond normal skepticism, that puts them on the exact same side as people who want to destroy this Republic.
Make no mistake-these people you see on this forum making derogatory comments about True The Vote are NOT on our side. I notice they want to make this thread about Mike Lindell, Rudy Giuliani, or any number of other people, rather than sticking to the subject at hand, which is the orchestrated political hit job on True The Vote.
I pinged a few other people, but not the people I regard as willing and malleable allies of the enemies of this Republic who feel fit to gather on a conservative forum and spew the bile from Leftist sources as if it were fact. Those people I will have nothing to do with.
They are tools at best.
I take my hat off to those of you who doggedly combated these people on this thread, but it is clear to see, they have their minds set for whatever reason, and nothing is going to change them except obscurity...and not even then.
The majority of them are tools at best, and our enemies at worst.
Thanks for confirming this is over your head.
