A correction-True The Vote gave the information to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, not the Georgia State Police. (I believe they also gave it to the Georgia Attorney General)

True The Vote had plenty of “Evidence” that included dozens of people breaking election laws on video, paired with the cell phone data that could easily have identified those people. The video would have been legally sound, as the source was, in many cases, the State of Georgia’s own video which was obtained by True The Vote via the Georgia state equivalent of a FOIA.

All the State of Georgia would have had to do was issue a subpoena to unmask those people. They would have been able to send agents to the doors of many of those people within days for an interview, if nothing else.

Georgia has subpoena power. True The Vote does not. That information may only be obtained via subpoena...that is, who were the people who owned those phones.

Georgia is the entity that had three years to do something, but didn’t. Critically thinking people would ask why that is so, but one does not have to think critically to understand that is was because they did not only NOT want to find out who those people were. They were actively AVOIDING finding out who those people were. Because the come under the Executive aegis of the Governor of Georgia, the execrable, corrupt, and compromised Governor Kemp.

Then last week, Georgia came out with this, on that specific day in that specific week, with a coordinated, orchestrated hit job.

Intelligent people would ask why. But only intelligent people who also want to learn the truth.

Judging from the dearth of critical thought here on this thread, I see there are too many who are neither intelligent nor seek the truth.

No state wants to come off looking bad, with regard to
holding a respectable voting process. I also think
there was an absolute refusal to admit Trump may have
had something to his claims. He had been to ruthlessly
attacked as to character, that our Republican leaders
simply refused to take the whole thing seriously.

Back in the old Clinton days, they pushed a tactic that
worked pretty good for them. The more outlandish the
charge, the more folks refused to believe it, even if
there was a very good evidence line.

The Republicans refused to admit to themselves that
something like this could happen.

They abandoned the process, and left Trump twisting
in the wind, when he was spot on with his claims.

They didn’t admit his phones were tapped and he was
under surveillance either. Even when proven, crickets!

These are some of the reasons why I hate the RNC and
the GOPe so much. They NEVER got to bat for us or
our candidates.
