We can loan other countries money or send them charity in the form of disaster relief but the idea of just doling out money to all and sundry is a bad one. And why are we borrowing money to give aid to India so they can give it to someone else?

Freeze federal agency hiring, cut all federal agency employment by 20 percent immediately, Then 10 percent per year until we have a balanced budget.
