A controlled senile puppet sometimes has flashes of frustration wherein he yells and waves his arms and does unpredictable things. I expect Obiden will be sequestered and only “speak” through spokesmen who will get the messages to proclaim from O’Bama.

And Hur’s letter to the AG states just that.
