Former President Donald Trump is garnering majority support in the Republican primary race in Nikki Haley’s home state of South Carolina, a Tyson Group survey released this week found.

The survey showed Trump with 58 percent support in the South Carolina GOP primary race — 27 points higher than Haley, who garnered 31 percent support. Another 11 percent remain undecided.

Nikki can lose by twenty points and declare victory.

This is how she plans to “win” fifty states.

;-)

If Haley actually loses her home state by such a wide margin, she will drop out. That may not be a good thing for MAGA. If Trump is lacking competition, his voters may not turn out, which would be a godsend for the RINOs in primaries.

“If Trump is lacking competition, his voters may not turn out, which would be a godsend for the RINOs in primaries.”

Wise point—many of the mass media leftists have made that argument as to why Haley should drop out immediately.

I don’t think she will. She’s already locked herself out of any Trump Administration position by her campaign remarks. And, she won’t continue to get support from the Democrat powers that be (money, future jobs, etc.) for disrupting Trump if she stops this early.

She’ll be in it for the long haul, I’m afraid.

Agreed, but not for the reason you state, IMHO.

Trump is thriving on the press coverage from these races. If Nimarata drops out, then there’s nothing for the press to cover in the primaries.

Bad press (for Trump) is better than no press.

The mainstream media is irrelevant to the MAGA base, who don't watch, hear, or read these sources of propaganda. However, for the Democrats and moderate Republicans, who do rely on these sources, Trump will receive scant coverage until the GOP convention, other than favorable coverage of the Democratic lawfare against him.

The vast majority of Nikita’s primary voters are Democrats who would not be voting for her in the general.

>>>Here’s hoping Rep. James Clyburn can keep his SC rats in line to vote for Brandon so Birdbrain’s crossover tally will be limited.
