However there is nothing in the constitution which says a person can not run for president from jail. Therefore only hope icki Nikky has is if Trump will be in jail BEFORE GOP convention and the uniparty republican elites succeed in nominating icky Nikky.
She will lose to Biden/Kamala because all the democrats who will voted for her during open primaries will vote for Biden/Kamala.

Not according to this article. Haley won 70% of unaffiliated voters.
The GOP has a history of nominating the one who finished second in the nomination race the previous time. She will in all likelihood be deemed the frontrunner for 2028, whether or not Trump wins.
History suggests Biden winning would improve her chances considerably in 2028, assuming she’s the candidate. Who knows how bad things would be by 2028. Therefore, I expect her to refuse to endorse Trump. It will confirm what everyone at Free Republic thinks about her, i.e. she’s a fake conservative.

That become OBVIOUS when you saw the reactions of the TOP DeSantis supporters after the Iowa Caucuses - instead of saying something like “DeSantis fought the good fight, but now it’s time to unite behind Trump”, they were saying crap like “No way will I vote for Trump, hell, I’ll vote for Biden instead.”
They never gave a crap about DeSantis, which was why they never bothered to tell DeSantis to drop out before he was permanently damaged in the eyes of Trump voters. I almost believe that DeSantis scared them too, and they wanted to make sure that DeSantis would no longer be viable at the national level - and if that was their goal, they may well have succeeded.
Not surprising, she is not a good person.
