Poll: Joe Biden Holds Slim Lead over Donald Trump in Virginia, Where Former President Plans to Make ‘Heavy Play’

President Joe Biden holds just a three-point advantage over former President Donald Trump in Virginia — a state Trump plans to make a “heavy play” for, assuming he wins the nomination — in a hypothetical two-way general election race, according to a Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) poll.

The poll, published on Tuesday, shows that 43 percent of the 812 registered voter respondents would back Biden versus 40 percent who would support Trump. Four percent would vote for someone else, five percent would not vote, and six percent would remain undecided. Biden’s lead falls within the plus or minus 5.46 percent margin of error, and interviews were conducted from December 28, 2023, to January 13, 2024.

The last 2 presidential elections, Trump was winning at first, but the slow results from N VA came in and flipped the state blue. Is cheating possible? Oh yeah.

I was just at 538. Seems AZ is for Trump, and PA is for Biden. WI is a toss up. And GA is very Trump. Most polls didn’t have any third parties and of course a lot can happen in nine months.

Less population, that’s for sure. Same thing with upstate New York, eastern Oregon, Michigan outside of Detroit, Pennsylvania outside of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, etc., etc.

California, Washington, too. The rural/urban schism is stark.

Trump picks Youngkin, VA flips, and now the Democrats must hold the entirety of their core and the Blue Wall. And still lose lofl.

Arizona becomes the battleground.

"The cat lady voters turned out to support abortion. The same is going to happen this November."

"Restore Roe” is the slogan the rats have decided can save Traitor Joe. I’m seeing it everywhere now. The MSM is pushing the lie that Trump and the GOP are going to enact a national abortion ban. It will be effective. 22 proved there is an army of selfish single issue women who will turn out and vote for every rat on the ballot on this issue alone."

How is it that in 2022, uber pro-life Kansas GOP Sen. Moran won re-election by nearly the exact. same. margin that the Kansas abortion Amendment lost?

How is it that when the Montana abortion Referendum was defeated on the ballot, the Montana GOP picked up 3 state senate seats and one in the statehouse from pro-lifers? Or that pro-life Montana GOP Rep. Zinke (who is considered a pro-life 'zealot' by the marxists) and Rep. Rosendale, both won easily? Hmmmmmeowwwww....

In fact, the Independent in Rosendale's race beat the Democrat! Where's the pro-abortion anti-GOP 'Roe, Roe, Roe your Democrat' vote in that District? LOFL.

It's curious to me that the same half-a-dozen 'Freepers' go from thread to thread complaining about the GOP pro-life stance and bitch about how it 'cost us the mid-terms' and never post one single goddamn article of proof. Not one, not a link, not an exit poll - NOTHING.

Americans, even neomarxists -- but remarkably, not FReeptards -- know that abortion is genocide, and that Roe was an abominably evil blood libel against black babies.

And to boot, no proof offered that overturning evil had any 'influence' on the 'mid-terms'.

President Trump has already plainly stated, 'I want to put a desk and a chair on the Capitol steps as I am leaving from my Inauguration to sign 4 or 5 Executive Orders', and the first will be the restoration of the Mexico City Policy.

At 538 and RCP, both are showing Trump ahead in MI and NV, but Biden ahead in VA. WI is exactly tied according to RCP but on 538, Biden is ahead.

Leaving WI to Biden but adjusting your map to the other states’ aggregate polls, it’s Trump 283 to Biden 255 without the Youngkin strategy.

Of course way too soon to be making predictions, but if I remember correctly, Trump was never winning according to the polls at any point in 2020.

The Commonwealth was the test grounds for it.

Well, to your point, you nail down MI by even attempting to flip VA. Hillary wouldn't go to MI, Biden can't go to MI for fear of a Scooby Van moment, which is coming, you can see it like a freight train. His handlers know The White Hospice can't run the 2020 basement game this time. It looks so much more like 2016, it is unreal.
