As I suggested a few days ago, the Haley fundraisers at this point may just be the Big Donors laundering infrastructure payments through the remaining viable candidate's campaign expenses so they can keep the consultants, their staffs, and related campaign businesses (polling, advertising, etc.) funded for the rest of the year.

Deep State won't allow Haley to drop out because if for some reason Trump is tossed from the ballots, the Republican Party bylaws say that the next highest vote-getter becomes the party nominee.

Since DeSantis and Ramaswamy have dropped out, that leaves Haley as the next highest vote-getter.

If Haley drops out, the bylaws say that the Republican Party leadership chooses the nominee.
