Why move to another shit state? They are all going to be on this bandwagon soon enough. You can’t solve your problems by running away. Just don’t let them take your kids. You may have to get extremely violent about it, but aren’t your kids worth that much? I could never look at my face in the mirror again if I left some government hack and a 2 bit swat team take my kids without them incurring some heavy losses.
