President Trump appeared in court on Wednesday as E. Jean Carroll testified in a trial where the jury will decide how much Trump has to pay for his so-called ‘defamatory’ statements about her.
Judge Lewis Kaplan, a Clinton appointee, previously ruled that Trump is liable for defamatory statements he made about E. Jean Carroll after she accused him of rape.
In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s.
Trump has denied the allegations and called E. Jean Carroll a “whack job” who’s “not my type.”
Under cross-examination by Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba, E. Jean Carroll admitted she deleted emails under subpoena.
Judge Kaplan ran interference for Carroll.
Habba: You said you receive death threats daily – but you deleted then until trial? Explain what you mean. Judge Kaplan: Explain what she means by what? Habba: When did you stop deleting death threats? Carroll: I had not received how many there were.

President Trump’s attorney Alina Habba asked Carroll if she received a subpoena.
“Yes,” Carroll replied before admitting she deleted emails.

So she’s deleted evidence. How do we know she only deleted “death threats”? How do we know she didn’t delete emails with her friends, lawyers, Democrat political operatives, etc, planning a scheme to “get Trump” with a false story?
Deleting emails worked for ILLary...and it will work for this dame.This is,after all,the State of New York.
Deleting any Emails would upset her lawyers a lot more...

She should be given 72 hours to cough up the emails else the judge should throw out the conviction and everything, end this farce and dismiss it with prejudice.
Amazingly easy to “delete” something that never existed.
It is difficult to live with the fact we have to tolerate villains on earth and wait for them to get their punishment in the next world.
The original person who went to E. Jean was George Conway. Mizz uh...Carrol said he was the person who convinced her to sue Trump in the original lawsuit.

Judges are partisan if you do not know that by now...Jeffrey Epstein and Harvey Weinstein they have know about these guy for years...all this is just to tar Trump...all as failed the case is a complete joke...prosecutorial discretion is being abused...basically a weaponization of justice at all level of government and I say for all these cases being objective.

Most e-mail systems don't permanently-delete e-mails anyway, they just go to a "deleted items" folder.
Let someone not on the left do that and watch how well that would be tolerated.
I thought deleted emails could be retrieved.

Trumps attorney should now subpoena the computer the Ms. Carroll received the emails on. Unless she did a “bleach bit” deletion, those emails would be recoverable.
