A TIME FOR EVERYTHING
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, A time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, A time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, A time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, A time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

I wish the snow would pass us by. This part of TN is going to get the heaviest hit from what they say.
I wouldn’t want to be father north either. More snow and it hangs around longer. This snow will hang around longer than it usually does and probably won’t all melt Thursday when we finally get above freezing. They said there’s a slight chance for rain, then snow that day and a slight chance for Friday but they didn’t say if that’s state-wide or a portion of the state. Just have to wait and see.
Sleep well and bundle up tomorrow. Gonna be a c-c-c-c-cold trip to church.

in 2014 (while was in Florida), Boston had 14 feet of snow in one week. I was so glad I wasn’t there.

We got dumped on during the night but, the snow shifted to over the stadium now, 3-5’’ per hour. Winds are crazy fast and strong. We are staying inside.

Check comments below the video:
“I am hoping that this series will show not just the undoubted heroism of these young men, but also the fear and suffering that they had to endure. I recently read that it was not unknown for crews to come back from missions and break down in tears when they got on the ground:. Such was the stress of what they did, day after day. Their vulnerability and humanity needs to recognized as much as their valor and sacrifice. “

Snow load on my roof has been a major concern for me with “only” 9-10’ of snow. I was able to have it shoveled off a couple weeks ago, thank goodness, because it snowed another 8” the following day.

Around here, a lot of folks put a ladder up against the house just in case they have to get up on the roof to shovel off the snow.
Blessedly, there hasn’t been anything like 2014 since.
