Looks like it all went down before classes began, so he probably walked in among the legit students. Pretty much all students these days carry bags.

There are a surprising number of Hispanics in rural Iowa because of agriculture and food processing jobs.

However, mass school shootings are 95% white bread teenagers on psychiatric meds, so the 2nd Amendment is about to get another beating, plus desecration.

News conference gives scant info given because investigation in early stages.

Shooting started 7:37 am. Officers arrived 7 min after it started. Multiple gunshot people have been shot. No further danger to public. Another update will be later on today. They are not releasing any more info at this time. Shooter has been identified.

From the scanner it was said ‘Subject down appears to be a self inflicted wound’.

Radio chatter on Lookner (Foamer). Sheriff was standing over body and said suspect down with gsw to head. Self inflicted. Asked for more ambulances.
