What this means is we can form conservative nonprofits - fill our ‘charity statement’ with lots of ‘butter ‘em up claptrap’ then bride the bast*rds ourselves.

Should work for the FBI too... they fell for the Southern Poverty Law Center commie from hell group.

They’re still two-dollar whores. The rest is just inflation.

They were paying him because of his proximity to his father, President Joseph Robinette Biden,Jr.

Don't forget the Junior after Brandon's name.

Yes, because you are really only bribing people. If you have a board member or organization president who makes in the lower six figures, and you start bringing them big donations to their organization, it makes them look better, improves their job reviews, and brings them perks (travel junkets can be made to appear very legit on paper), and that’s all the above board stuff that they can claim they didn’t know was dirty money because it came from shells and corps that appear legit. Even if you leave out the backroom deals, but those would cost even less. To someone who makes $175k, a $75k bribe is a temptation.

You’d think that people wouldn’t want to have a dirty conscience, even if they did think they could get away with it (which they almost always do). But some of us are living in the past, when people actually had consciences. Family, God, Country. You’d never sell them out, right?
Well people today, even the ones who aren’t sociopaths, can rationalize anything. Look at the conscienceless political and social positions people can pretzel themselves into thinking are right. If you are taking a bribe, you tell yourself that it’s a victimless act. No one gets hurt, so what if you make a little bit out of it.

I can’t remember the details of the Walker spy case, but I want to say the Walker’s sold secrets about a billion-dollar operation for something like $10,000. The thing is the object/information/access being sold costs the seller nothing. He’s selling his access to whatever the thing is, which he was often a paid employee to get. Since the seller has no personal or financial stake in whatever he’s selling any money he gets is like winning the lottery. All it takes to be the seller is to also be a sociopath.

It’s never just bribery.

Every time a politician takes a bribe, he/she opens up for blackmail.

Blackmail is way cheaper than bribery.

“Has Anyone Noticed How Cheap it Was to Bribe the Biden Crime Family and Our Universities?”

I did long ago.

This could have been a tactic so that a critical mass of people (dummies) would not believe if FJB et al were caught .... i.e. the average gib-me-dat and dummy glued to the cell phone would believe the media reporters reporting the party line that no one would believe FJB was stupid enough to sell out so cheaply. If FJB had a net worth of 1/2 billion ... it would be too obvious. His net worth is in line with many of the other paupers in Congress and DC who have spent their lives in “public service”. The bigger money may be harder to find, and they diret it to go into 501c3 etc to pay off their friends, to “get things done” that need to get done to keep the gravy trains running on time and with a full load.

Two dollars on the nightstand for cab fare would buy those political whores for a lifetime.

Universities like Harvard don’t even need the foreign donations. Harvard has over $50 billion in endowments.
