DES MOINES, Iowa — There's less than three weeks until the Iowa caucuses, and GOP presidential candidates are blitzing through Iowa.
Recently, Ron DeSantis made multiple stops across the state and brought along some Iowa leaders who have endorsed him. So far, DeSantis has completed a 99-county tour, also known as a full Grassley, and has made more than 154 stops across Iowa.
His campaign tells Iowa's News Now he's garnered support from more than 30,000 Iowans who plan to caucus for him. They have more than 1,000 caucus captains who will be speaking in favor of him at precincts on caucus night.
January 10th, DeSantis will be on the CNN debate stage in Iowa which is being held at Drake University. He hopes his message will resonate with younger voters.
We also have a very good message about reversing the trajectory of the country so young people can get ahead," DeSantis told Iowa's News Now. "Cause right now it's prohibitive to be able to afford a home, to be able to raise a family. We can't succeed as a country if people, young people that are working hard aren't able to get ahead. So we will fix that when I'm president.
DeSantis is still calling on frontrunner Donald Trump to participate in the debate. However, Trump is unlikely to attend since he hasn't participated in a single debate.

>> DeSantis won’t back down. He is a real fighter.
DeSantis is stunted like a baby with an alcoholic mama.
And this is just another of his stunted-thinking stunts.
He’s a poor fighter, and a real loser.
He would tear Trumps rump up in a debate
His feet are big enough to plant one in trumps rump
The best thing to come out of Iowa would be for DeSantis to kick Nikki Halley’s butt
“Last Pitch” is the keyword for DeSunk!
LOL!
That is so David Lee Roth.
I’d pay good money to see that.
So, are you going to start supporting christie, when desanctimonious drops out?
His delusions and TDS seem to be what would appeal to you...
On Rush Limbaugh’s final broadcast, he said that the closest to there being a graduate of the EIB institute is the governor of the great state of Florida, Ron DeSantis.
But I'm not a delusional cult member. Right now, Trump has the momentum. He is the likely favorite to win the GOP nomination. The Democrats have set him up for thes believing he will be the easiest to knock down.
I doubt DeSantis will win in either Iowa or New Hampshire. If I were a betting man, at this point, Trump will soundly take both primaries. After which, the race will essentially be over.
I think Ron DeSantis' best bet, --and the best bet for the country, would be to angle for the VP pick (a helluva lot better than Nikki Haley, that's for sure).
Detractors will say, "Trump will never pick DeSantis. Too much acrimony between the two!"
This is not true.
At the end of the primaries, those with integrity will shake hands and support the winner for the betterment of the country.
And perhaps the best chance we have is Trump/DeSantis 2024.
He said it on his final broadcast before he passed away. I remember it. I miss Rush a lot.
Florida needs a full-time governor.
And perhaps the best chance we have is Trump/DeSantis 2024.
With thinking like that, Trump might as well stab himself in the back, and get it over with.
desanctimonious is done. He’s dead as a politician. He’s so bad and unappealing, he won’t even get a spot as a talking head on cnn, for them to attack Trump with.
Hit a nerve, didn’t I?
I just listened to his final broadcast, he only mentioned DeSantis once, in reference to online censorship, he actually spent much more time praising Trump. Put up, or shut up. If you are going to present a fact, be able to back it up.
I would support such a ticket if it came about. I do not believe that will happen.
If Trump were somehow removed from the picture with DeSantis still remaining, I would support DeSantis. I do not believe that will happen.
If only the Republican Dwarf candidates were allowed in the picture, I would vote for "Vermin Supreme" as the write-in candidate. And I would make other preparations active.
I believe there is a non-zero chance of that last scenario.
>> At the end of the primaries, those with integrity will shake hands and support the winner for the betterment of the country.
“those with integrity” will. Which of the midgets can even spell integrity?
Ramaswamy — most likely will support President Trump
Christie — Hail no! He’d rather die. Or diet.
Nimrata — Probably not, but maybe
DeSantis — Maybe so but I kinda doubt it
... did I miss any of the obscure midgets? Kinda forgot who they all are, or were. Jeb? No, that was 2016...
