And Trump has violated which Colorado laws, specifically? Well, considering the Colorado Supreme Court decided to only (and incoherently) cite FEDERAL law, which is entirely beyond their jurisdiction, we don’t know.

He’s got no further avenue to review for those state law issues that the dissents raised. I’m still trying to figure out how a state court would ever be an avenue to pursue any legal cases that are predicated on a provision of the U.S. Constitution as it relates to “insurrection” which is defined under Federal law.

A heavy-handed attempt at applying the "incorporation" clause of the 14th Amendment, I would imagine.
