I think this is correct to a fashion in that they are indoctrinated, but not by what they actually (can) read in the Quran. They are indoctrinated by being TOLD by other terrorist-advocating Muslims what the Quran says.

2: Their own Constitution calls for the destruction of Israel and the MURDER OF ALL JEWS.
