CEO of IBM Arvind Krishna admits to using coercion to fire people and take away their bonuses unless they discriminate in the hiring process.
“You got to move both forward by a percentage that leads to a plus on your bonus," Krishna said about hiring Hispanics, "and by the way if you lose, you lose part of your bonus.”
After pulling ads from X for 'racism,' IBM chief Arvind Krishna says he will fire, demote or strip bonuses from execs who don't hire enough blacks, Hispanics — or hire too many Asians
"Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America...I’m not going to finess this, for blacks we should try to get towards 13 percent," says Krishna.
Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, says in the leaked recording that Red Hat has terminated people because they weren't willing to engage in racial discrimination through hiring and promotion.

There’s NOTHING shocking about this. What does everyone think happens when you implement DEI policies?
My past employer has a ‘career’ page on their website with pie charts showing the employee demographics, now vs. goals - clearly showing ‘white male’ as a group and ‘women and minorities’ as the other, with the ‘white male’ group shrinking over the next couple of years.
This can only be accomplished by firing white men and/or not hiring them. Every major corporation is engaging in this. It’s clearly illegal but required by the largest investment firms (e.g. Blackrock, Vanguard, ...). It’s so PC that politicians don’t want to touch it. They know the avalanche of ‘bigot’ claims they’ll receive if they speak out. It’s not worth the political risk.
One of the reasons I am glad that I’ve been an ‘individual contributor’ for most of my career.
There was a huge shakeup at IBM two weeks ago.
All future jobs are going to India.
They are following HP into oblivion.
White males will only be allowed to have blue collar jobs. Blue collar = no social or political status.
LEGAL immigration is as dangerous as illegal immigration. WE.ARE.BEING.COLONIZED!
IBM just opened to door to a huge class action lawsuit.
Google-Intel-Apple tried something similar to keep wages low and lost a big time.
THAT’S an eye-opener.
And it makes sense. The whole concept of communism is to divide. In naval captain Abrashoff’s book It’s Your Ship he told how he brilliantly started UNITY TRAINING instead of victim-based diversity training when he became commander of the bottom-ranked ship.
Likewise, one strategy of Singapore was to have all 4 of their races serve in military and learn English.
UNITY is a key. DEI is communist and must DIE.
Here is what you don’t know.
Two weeks ago IBM got rid of over 10k employees.
Everyone of them was an American.
They were replaced with workers from India.
Everyone of them.
And this is only the beginning.
This is the same thing that Carly Forina did with HP 20 years ago.
IBM didn’t layoff 10,000 people 2 weeks ago. They didn’t replace anyone with Indians. Last January they announced a layoff of 3800 workers and IBM expects them to be replaced by AI within the next 5 years.
IBM’s been going that way for decades as well.
racist against indians...
Indians ARE Asians.
And in the tech industry, the dominating asians are Indians. So his statement is “hire less Indians”
Intel was nearly destroyed when it followed Obama’s orders in 2010.
The design head of the 486, Pat Gelsinger was brought back as CEO to fix it.
Word has he is doing a good job clearing out the mess Obama created.
He means Indians when he says Asians — there are few other types of Asians in tech.
Nearly 80% or more of “Asians” in the IT space are Indians
There are quite a few cases where Indians are the best - Satya Nadella being one example
Well, technically 90 years of British rule (1858 to 1947) - as the British Raj was established then. If you take the British East Indian company, even then it is only about 120 years.
